5 foot chain link fence surrounds the property that includes plenty of trees that provide shade as well as sunny spots. There is a small hill that provides perfect exercise for the active pups as well as flat area for the older pups. There is a large patio with chairs that overlook the yard for you to relax on while yours dogs are exploring the yard. I have dog toys, bubble machine, water bowl, hose, trash can, pooper scooper with bags for your convenience. Please message me with any questions. Enjoy a fully fenced 2-acre yard with plenty of scents from visiting wildlife. Horses and chickens will be joining us in Spring 2026. Important Notes * This is our personal home and an active farm (est. 1801), not a commercial dog park. I host for the joy of sharing our space and to help with the costs of maintaining the property. * Please be respectful and patient—we’ll extend the same kindness to you. * the highway is next to our property so during peak travel hours, might provide some white/background noise but is not horrible. 🚗 At times, we may need to arrive/leave through the front yard during your booking but we will never enter the fenced sniff spot. 🐶 Our own dogs may bark if you’re near the house or camper, and we may be visible through our windows. 🌍 Property is pesticide-free and fertilizer-free. However, we spray for ticks in spring/summer and mow frequently to keep grass short. 🌧️ After heavy rain, a temporary pond may form in the back of the yard. This 7 acres features a fully wooded experience with trails, a creek, and plenty of room to run. There is a small cattle farm to one side, and is otherwise landlocked, aside from the 400 foot entrance. The trails are not professional, and the location offers a wilderness of fun. Stay on the trail, or don't. Let your dog go where it's nose leads! There is partial fencing on two sides. If you come on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday, finish your experience by visiting Silver Run Winery, which boarders the property. Email with any questions!
