Fully fenced back yard! Entrance gate is at the front of the house to the left. Fence is 6’ along half the front, one side, and along the back. Rest of fence is 4’ along the other side and front of house. The yard is half grass and half concrete patio. In the summer/fall there are persimmon, pear, plum, jujube, and cherry trees to pick from! In our space you’ll have access to two goodie baskets, one for the people and one for the pups. The people basket has hats, gloves, and blankets (in the winter months), snacks, water bottles, hand sanitizer, and dog bags. The pup basket has a couple treat options, a clean water pitcher to refill their bowl, a towel to dry them off, some toys and a brush and nail clippers. You’re more than welcome to bring your own toys and equipment as well! All towels, stuffed toys, gloves, hats, and blankets are washed in hot water and run through a sanitize cycle after each visit, regardless of use. They’re squeaky clean and safe for you to use! There’s seating on the patio and a fire pit available if requested. Please use the pooper scooper/dog bags and garbage can to clean up after your dog before you leave. We hope you enjoy our space!

Clean and quiet. Covered bench area for the humans and plenty of toys for the pups. A water hose is hanging on the fence near the bench. We are working on getting used to other animal species, so it was helpful to have the chickens nearby but not in our face.

Nice, wide-open space, if you have a dog that loves to fetch, there’s no obstacles in the way for running. As the host mentioned, the neighbor has a couple of dogs that were out while we were there but there was definitely enough space where they could be heard but with no direct interaction with us. We’re in training so this was actually perfect for us as we are trying to get him to focus when he hears other dogs. Also, it’s beautiful country out there, lovely mountains to look at while you’re playing.

I rated 5 stars because I like this spot and the owners who keep it very nice. However, in the rainy season this is not my favorite spot. Half of it is is very wet and muddy with standing water..just messy. I wish it could be fenced off and I would still come as the spot is still large. It's a great place during drier season.

Plenty space for your pup. You can hear dogs in adjoining properties but my dog never saw them, a human can see them. Water available and toys too, bring a towel and be prepared to deal with muddy paws.

As expected, the back was a bit muddy (though where isn’t this time of year around here), so bring a towel. But that didn’t take away from how great this Sniffspot is. The space is large for plenty of running and fetching. And for humans, the mist setting in over the pond behind the Sniffspot area was lovely.
