55My dogs and I had the BEST time at your spot! It was freezing cold, but with so much space to run around, the balls and toys you provided, and the super clean water dish and water kept us running around and warm(ish!). The spot was very clean, the fence was very secure, and it was really nice for me to have the little shelter and chair to sit in to get out of the cold for a bit. It was well worth the little bit of a drive for me to get the boys out of the city and off leash in a beautiful safe space. We will definitely be back!Liz P.

55I reached out to the host because I really wanted to bring my guy to burn off some steam after work...but of course it gets dark by 5PM these days. The host was super responsive and explained that there is a floodlight that illuminates the parking area and entrance well - but at this time there are no other lights throughout (they are now thinking of adding solar lights along the perimeter). She also explained that they have glow in the dark balls and toys for nighttime play, so we went anyway (I wore a head lamp too). My buddy had the best time - everything was exactly as described and super clean. It was awesome to see a glow in the dark ball in the darkness as he was running around with it. Looking forward to coming back in the daytime too - but a great option for play in the dark during these dreary winter months!! William C.

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks.
