You can hike on designated trails, on mowed fields or use the ponds for water training for hours with your pup(s). Our farm has: ✔️ Abundant wildlife! ✔️ Wide-open, completely unfenced land ✔️ Natural terrain with fields, hills, and trails ✔️ Ponds, streams and endless sniffing opportunities Parking & Arrival: Please park to the right of the big red barn, by the dumpster and begin walking from there. The farm sits on a very sharp curve, so use caution when entering and exiting the property. Please exit the farm by the farmhouse and only go straight (do not cross traffic as you exit). Dogs must be on leash when exiting your car and near the road. Once you are safely away from the road, dogs may be off leash for the remainder of your visit. If your dog has never been off leash, we recommend you have an airtag or a GPS collar on them. Please do not let your dog leave the designated walking areas on our farm. You will likely have the property entirely to yourself. Occasionally, you may see an older grampa (my father) working in the fields.

I have a total of two acres available for SniffSpot. One is the main area that you immediately enter and is fully fenced. An additional area that is further back behind a cattle gate is available for use but unfenced at this time. Welcome to Country Roads Canine Training Center Freedom trial! We are a small training facility with a focus on high quality work. Our trail is partially fenced- the agility area and top trail is fully fenced with the option to visit the stream and rock trail that is undergoing fencing to become fully fenced. The top trail is next to our back yard which means you might see other dogs in the yard- however there is a divider and I am just a message away and can put the training dogs inside with some notice! We may be conducting training in our other front fenced area or inside, please message if you require a totally dog free area and I can make accommodations. Our fence is made up of 4ft Cattle fencing which has smaller gap wire on the bottom and bigger on the top, some areas are fenced with varying sized pallets. The stream trail is fenced on the back area facing our neighbors. You may play in the stream but do not cross it. We are excited to share this space as a trail built JUST for dogs! The trail is jam packed with jumps and natural obstacles that your dog will LOVE! ***VERY IMPORTANT*** Some GPS may take you to Hillbrook INN- do not turn down their drive. Look for South Jefferson Elementary School and Brannon lane is directly across from there. We are the 3rd driveway down that road!

Very private, quiet, and tucked away in the back away from the main road. We don't have any pets, so yours will be the only ones on the property, and we're rarely home. Feel free to use the triple fenced garden area before we start growing anything. There is new home construction up at the top of the hill they have their own short black fencing around the homes, so just stay beyond the fence. Water pump and doggie bowls available outside near the front right side of the home in front of the outhouse. Trashcans are available at the side of the house across from the shed near the trampoline. There's a basketball hoop and 🏀 if interested in playing as well as some swings for kids closer to the house. Feel free to use it. Lastly, please use Google Maps for navigation instead of Waze as it's the most updated one for finding the property. The way to operate the water pump is to pull the lever up and all the way back and wait a few seconds and the water will come out the hose. PS- if you're ever running late or got lost and some of your paid time is used up please feel free to stay a little longer to make up for it if no one else is booked immediately after you.

My husband and I have a little peace of heaven here in the Shenandoah Valley! Our goal is to provide a space for all dogs to play, run and sniff away!
