We have 3.3 wooded acres set back from the cul de sac and we back up to Duke Progress public game land. Previous owners created a trail out there that connects to a power line cut and 4x4 trails. You can hike for miles if you want and probably won’t see another person. We have a doggy paradise on our 3+ acres.

3.3 acres, fully-fenced, mostly wooded property. There are walking trails throughout and a little stream that goes from about 3 inches deep to 3 feet deep. There are two bridges that cross the stream. Very serene walk in the woods to enjoy nature with your pup or pups. Perfect spot for running, playing, sniffing, digging and exploring! This is a natural, wild backyard so you can expect natural plants and wildlife -plenty of things to investigate and sniff! Reminder that this is a property within a wooded area so encounters with natural wildlife and insects could occur. A few times I saw a coyote off in the woods in the early morning and or late evening. Once you book, you and your dog(s) will be the only ones there during your time. The “spot” becomes unavailable for everyone when you reserve it. Only one person “rents” the space at a time! Sniffspot automatically builds in a 30 min buffer between sessions as well so there is no chance of overlap. This property borders a wooded area on one side and a few houses with backyards on the other. It is fully wooded with much natural cover as a buffer between the neighbors. The property is 330+ yards long and 50 yards wide - plenty enough space for full zoomies!

Hidden River Farm is a 40 plus acre paradise for humans and dogs. We opened our organic orchard 6 years ago and it operates annually from June to October. So we have decided to try to open it up for use year around if possible. We welcome folks to bring their dogs out to run, retrieve, train or just play for awhile to get the energy out. There is an abundance of land. We offer a picnic area with table and chairs. Both tables offer umbrellas for shade if needed. We have water spigots so that the dogs can have clean drinking water. We also are breeders of Champion Labrador Retrievers. We have chickens, ducks, donkeys, horse and more. We are a working farm that believes sharing is a great thing these days.

The sniff spot is clean, with short grass, splash pool, tree tug, ball throwing machine and other toys. Shaded sitting area and fire pit. However the fire pit is only available November through March as we are a Bee, Butterfly, Hummingbird and Bird friendly spot. There are organic fruit trees on the property that Guests are welcome to pick from while the fruit last. Blueberries in June and July and Figs starting in August to September.

At the tallest point of the fence it is 4 ft. tall and at the shortest point it is 1 foot from the “ground”. The reason for this is because there are pine trees up against some parts of the fence and the pine needles have stacked under the trees to create a higher ground. If your pup doesn’t listen to you when seeing triggers I don’t recommend our spot** You and your pups can take a dip in the inground swimming pool, which is about 10 meters long, perfect for cooling off on hot days. And don't worry about the weather—there's a spacious covered porch for when it rains, so the fun never has to stop. In a completely safe neighborhood near Crabtree, there is a small personal wading pool, and the yard doesn't have any grass, but plenty of room to walk around. If this catches on, I will add some more "obstacles" and play things, but good inexpensive option if you would like to just have a place for your dog to hang out while you are at work or away. Will negotiate for longer term stays.

This yard is 100% separate from my personal back yard and truly gives you the private dog park feel! You don’t even have to go behind my house to gain access.
