This is the biggest fully fenced spot we've been to yet! Directions on how to access the space were clear. There's lots to do here: a large, open, hilly area to run around in and clumps of trees to explore.

Location was easy to get to and well marked. My dog loved this sniff spot - it was a huge open area for him to run and run with plenty to sniff and explore. Area was very clean and I enjoyed walking around. The amenities of water and toys were appreciated. We will be back for sure!

What a perfect place, for any of our Canine friends, but maybe especially for super energetic dogs like my Chocolate Lab Charley. She just about lost her mind and actually didn't finish exploring the whole property. Sweeping vistas, open meadows, woodsie areas - this property has it all and you will feel comfortable in minutes. Even though this was our first Sniffspot adventure, I know we'll be back! Probably many times! Thank you so much for making this spot available!

Wow, talk about the perfect Sniffspot! If your dog plays fetch, the rolling hills will certainly give them a workout. A Chuckit launcher was available and I was definitely grateful for that. I didn't bring one and you just have to take advantage of the wide open space and throw that ball nice and long! I thought twice about keeping our visit because it was a bit drizzly today, but I'm so glad we ended up going. At this time of year, muddiness is an issue at some Sniffspots, but definitely not at Bearlani!

This is the best spot we’ve been to and hope to come on a regular basis. Our GSP ran and ran and the hills almost wore him out 😋. The bonus is its only 2 miles from our house. Thank you for opening your wonderful spot.

If you have a high energy dog this is the place for you. With all of the hills it is a great way to physically tire out your dog. Plus, there are lots of areas to explore which is great for mental enrichment.

My favorite sniffspot. My dogs can run and run up and down the hills, playing ball and frisbee. No gaps in the fence, so I’m not worried when they’re out of my sight for a few minutes.

Great open space with gentle hills. If you’re looking for a space to play some long toss fetch, this is it! There were two gates to get in, and the fence surrounding the spot was secure the whole way around. No interactions with people or pets, although I could hear someone shooting guns fairly close by (it was Fourth of July weekend so it’s quite possible that’s not the norm, just something to consider if you’ve got a pup that is sensitive to that kind of noise). The directions were clear, water and toys provided, and the spot was easy to access…we will definitely be back!

Had a great time with Ali and her pup at Zoomie Zone. This yard is huge, it’s like having a dog park all to yourself. The fencing is 6 ft everywhere and very secure. Soba had a great time sniffing around and playing with Ali’s pup. She was very tired on the way home.

"Great play area with lots of space to run. There's both sun and shade atop and down the hill. There were tennis balls and a water dish available. My dogs loved barreling down the hill, but it is steep so be advised. Can hear (but not see) neighborhood dogs barking from time to time. The best part was the super tall, super nice, super secure fence. Both my dogs are explorers and one has been an escape artist and there was no chance of that here."

The lot is quite big and the fence seems new and very secure. My dog had a great time running and sniffing everything. We will definitely be back!
