One of the neatest sniff spots we've visited!! We even received a custom welcome goody bag with treats for the boys. The water was so crisp and clear. It was the perfect way to spend a hot afternoon.

Beautiful area. And so much fun for our pyrenees and husky to cool off in the creek. We will definitely be booking again.

I honestly don’t even have the words to describe how amazing Mahala Farms is—but I’ll try. My dogs are total jerks around people and other dogs, so finding a place where they can just run wild without stressing me out is rare. This place was PERFECT. We had the entire area to ourselves for a full hour, and it was pure peace. Beautiful land, super easy setup, and zero drama. I’m not even being dramatic when I say this was the best dog outing we’ve ever had. 10/10, will absolutely be back (probably weekly).

I truly could not imagine a more perfect Sniffspot for dogs and for the humans joining them! Incredible, incredible views and a beautiful property. Corie was so accommodating and was able to work with us on a slight schedule change which was greatly appreciated.

We absolutely love Malhala farms! I am so glad i found this place. My dog and i enjoy it so much! He enjoys crossing the creek and running in the large green pastures! Truly a scenic get away for you and your furry friends!

This Sniffspot is truly a gem. If I could give it a 100 stars I would. From the moment we arrived, I was struck by how beautiful and peaceful the property is. It’s tucked away enough to feel like a true getaway, with no noise or distractions—just nature, fresh air, and a whole lot of space to enjoy. The hosts went above and beyond by leaving a thoughtful little gift baggie for my dog, which was such a sweet surprise and really added a personal touch to the experience. My dog was absolutely thrilled from the start and couldn’t get enough of exploring the trails and open fields. The area is very well-maintained and easy to navigate, with a perfect mix of shaded woods and sunny clearings. One of the highlights was the creek—it was clean, accessible, and my dog had the time of his life splashing around. It was such a joy to watch him run through the water and zoom through the field with total freedom. The trails are wide and well-marked, making it easy to wander and explore at our own pace. The entire spot felt safe, welcoming, and clearly designed with dogs in mind. It’s quiet, scenic, and full of opportunities for both exercise and relaxation. I can’t recommend it highly enough—we’ll definitely be coming back soon!

Absolutely amazing! We came for 1.5 hours and that was just enough time to get our bearings, do two leisurely laps around the trail and then wind down by the car so we didn’t miss our “check out time”. Host left a treat, map and poop bags at the entrance and there was bug spray and hand sanitizer near the port a potty. That was a really nice touch! I’d say about 50% of the space is shaded and there is a creek along most of the trail. It’s kind of the perfect place with open space to throw a ball, run through the fields or splash around in the creek. It’s a beautiful space and I will definitely be back! Things I’d recommend: - shoes you don’t mind getting wet - a thorough tick check - towels

5 Stars – A Gorgeous, Soul-Filling Spot for You and Your Pup! My mom and I brought our dogs out to this beautiful property and wow—it was everything we didn’t know we needed. The trails were peaceful and well-maintained, winding through gorgeous trees and a creek that added the perfect touch of serenity (and splash zones for the pups). The whole place felt like a little hidden gem. Our dogs had an absolute blast exploring off-leash, and it was such a joy to watch them run, sniff, and play in such a safe, spacious setting. Just a heads-up—definitely bring bug spray if you’re going in warmer months. The host graciously had some there too! Nature is thriving out there! What truly made the experience stand out was the host. She went above and beyond—there was a personalized welcome bag waiting with my name on it, dog treat, and a trail map. That thoughtful touch made it feel like we were visiting a friend’s land, not just renting space. We’ll absolutely be back. Highly, highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, dog-friendly adventure with heart. This spot is something special.

Truly a slice of heaven. My dog can be reactive and this was the perfect spot for her to run around and explore, while we were both able to relax. I could’ve stayed all day! Wish I would’ve brought water shoes to play with her in the water

What a magical place! It was easy to access, there was a map and dog treat left at the gate when we arrived which confirmed we were in the right place. It was easy to navigate and so much fun to explore. My reactive dog had a blast!

Wow, this is the best Sniffspot I have ever been to! After a unique and thoughtful greeting, we found the property to be the most magical and charming place! A spirit of adventure filled us as we explored the meadow, trails and creek. My dog was scared of the rope bridge at first but mastered it after she gained the confidence to cross! The water is her happy place and my husband and I were happy to relax in the big Adirondack chairs as she played. We can’t wait to go back. We will probably book a longer stay next time!

So glad we were able to squeeze in another visit to our favorite spot. A beautiful evening for a hike! Glory enjoyed the giant biscuit at then end of our stay. Love Mahala Springs!

This is by far one of our favorite Sniffspots! The entry and parking details are clear, the map and dog treats on arrival are above and beyond and the land is well maintained and absolutely stunning. We had a blast walking and running the wooded trails and splashing through the creek. We will be back soon!

This is the most beautiful spot I’ve ever found! The entire property is so nicely maintained, the landmarks well mapped out, and overall just gorgeous! We ran into the owner Corie and he was so kind, even gave our pups treats and poop bags with a map! Our dogs LOVED every inch of the place, enjoyed the water and exploring the entire area- we will be back often!! 🩵🩵🩵

It’s been an absolute pleasure visiting this sniff spot! We will look forward to coming back next time they’re open. Corie had so many thoughtful touches to make our visit a blast!
