Love, love, love this spot! It is quiet, private and very laid back. It's enough room for the dogs to run and investigate......even better if your dog has a really reliable recall. Mine are a work in progress so when they are off leash I make sure that I can see them which limits them just a bit but if your dogs can reliably run loose they will be in heaven! (I also put air tags on mine as well as their ID tag, just in case) The host is very pleasant and responsive. All good!

This space is incredible! There is so much land for the dogs to run on. They can go swimming! They can climb! They can sprint through the forest! My dogs had sooooo much fun!!!!!

this was the second time visit. great place! my dog enjoyed a lot like the previous visit. but remember to bring bugs repellent for you and your pooch for these seasons. ^^

This was our first Sniffspot experience and David’s property exceeded our expectations! David was very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. My dog is reactive and extremely anxious and David made the arrival process super easy and accommodating for us, which any owner of a dog with “unique needs” will appreciate! We spent 2.5-hrs exploring David’s property, there’s lots to see with many creeks, streams, ponds, and trails to explore. He’s in the process of building an agility course which we will certainly be back to try once it’s finished! Thanks again to David for making Finn’s Gotcha Day one for the books and for making our first Sniffspot experience so enjoyable! I have a very tired and happy pup on my hands and look forward to our next visit!

My very first Sniffspot visit and what a treat! David kindly gave me parking instructions, left me a map and off we went to explore. I wanted to be super careful of respecting the property boundaries and think I ended up with a lot left to explore. I read some other reviews of people who didn’t get to the river - that would be me as well this visit! Next time! Lots of wildlife potential so my hunty dogs spent about half the time on long lines while I get a better feel for the property. So very grateful for the generosity that make this great space available.

I haven’t been to this spot, which is our favorite spot, for a little bit. David has put even more love and hard work into it! With new trails cleared out and more leveled open space, we could have stayed all day! My boys love to go to the damn to hang in the water but this time when they got there and saw all the space they went nuts zooming around! We spent about 45 minutes just at the damn. Next nice day I’ll bring a comfy chair and just sit there for a couple hours while the dogs zoom around.

We visited this spot for my beagle's 14th birthday so he could run off leash. He loved it! Plenty of sniffing for him to do. The trails are easy to navigate even though not all of them are on the map - they all loop back to each other and there are lots of landmarks. It took us about an hour and a half to explore all of the trails at a sniffing beagle's pace. There's plenty of room for multiple dogs to run if you bring friends. My dog does not like water but the river and pond would be great features if your dog likes to swim!

Can't say enough great things about Dave's place. So much space for the pups to run free! Dave is very communicative and keeps you updated on any changes. It's further away from me (I'm in mass), but so worth it for the dogs. Our favorite sniffspot hands down.
