55This was our first visit here and we will definitely be back. We only brought our dog whose recall I can trust because it said the fencing was patching and incomplete, but it's such a large place that once we got in we never even saw the fence. At the clearing where you can park there is a chair and a small table so we took what we needed with us and left the rest either in the car or on the table so we didn't have to carry a ton of stuff with us. I'm excited to go back with both dogs, they will have more fun together. Sam was a little unsure of what to think on his own. Anne Marie M.

55The spot was easy to get to and the instructions from the owner were very helpful and clear. The spot itself was clean and our pups really loved it! It was great letting them be off leash and they absolutely loved the creek! The water was such a plus. Will definitely come back! Katlyn M.

55We had a blast! Its rare for us to see our doggies swimming so that was very exciting! They where wiped out after 20 minutes 😆
Just an optional recommendation for anyone who wants to get their feet in the water and play with their dogs, a pair of water shoes would be perfect for this spot. The mud in the water is soft, perfect for doggy paws and nails, but if you get overstimulated by textures, water shoes will make this trip even better.
We will definitely be back!Autumn Y.

55Me, my pup, and sometimes my foster pup have been coming to this Sniffspot at least once a week since we found it 4 months ago. It's such a treat every time! It makes managing my wild child pup so much easier. The location is beautiful. My dogs get to zoom/swim/climb/sniff to their heart's content, and I get to enjoy an hour reading outdoors while the birds call and the creek babbles. Joseph (the host) does an amazing job maintaining and building new trails. He's very communicative and easy to get ahold of, too. I regularly recommend this Sniffspot to my dog owner friends. Thanks for sharing this spot with ATL's pups and pup owners, Joseph! Camille T.

55Amenities as advertised. Nicely secluded, pleasantly surprised in spite of there being no fence. We appreciated no people or animal distractions and Fiona, my Dutch shepherd, found enough nature to explore!

55Very smooth booking. Keith was there to help if I needed anything and was a great host. It was also great for my reactive dog as there were limited triggers. The dogs enjoyed themselves and the yard was secure and private. 10/10! Jacquelle W.

55I had an AMAZING experience with my foster fur baby. The yard had ample room to run, it was well kept, and even had some variety for my dog to play. Keith was absolutely terrific! I was running late and he was accommodating; he even came out to introduce himself and his adorable daughter. I was cancelled on by 2 hosts so I am extra appreciative of Keith. Charlotte will definitely be returning to play! Emily H.

55This was my second time back this week and it was just as wonderful as the first! Keith, his wife, and their daughter are very kind people - they go the extra 100 miles. My pup loves it there! It’s a huge space for her to run and explore while still being visible to me so it feels very safe. Emily H.

55Kieth is truly one of the most hospitable Sniffspot hosts I have met! He welcomed us as we arrived and checked on us throughout the visit. The yard was huge and very well kept, my dog had a great time playing and just lounging around (He went straight to sleep when we got back in the car lol). Highly recommend and would definitely book againKianna P.

55Beautiful, peaceful, fully fenced yard with lots of exciting smells for our pooches to sniff. We ended up hanging out with Keith, his wife, their daughter and 5 month old dog Snickers. Great, kind hosts. Will definitely be back and might try the entire yard next time instead just the back yard. Thank you!Tam P.

55Keith & his family's spot was perfect. They were very accommodating to our last minute request after we went to a booking that didn't exist. He met us, since it was our first time at his place, to orient us to his yard & checked on us before we left, which we appreciated. His yard is very large, clean & completely fenced in which was perfect for Zeus. Everything in the listing was provided & Zeus had a ball. Will definitely book with Keith & his family again.Capraro M.

FAQ about our Stockbridge dog parks
Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 97% of reviews on Sniffspot visits in the Stockbridge area are 5 stars.
How do I know if a dog park works for my dog?
You can filter Sniffspot dog parks by fencing and distractions. If your dog doesn't have good recall, you can visit one of our 739 fully fenced dog parks in the area. If your dog is reactive to other dogs, you can visit one of our 67 off leash areas where there are no dogs audible or visible nearby. You can also filter locations to avoid other domestic animals and people. We also recommend reading reviews and reaching out to the host with any questions.
