When it’s hot out, there’s plenty of shade and we provide an oscillating fan on the deck for some cool breeze. Milk bones are provided, along with a hose and kiddie pool during the warmer months. We turn the water off in the winter so our pipes don’t freeze. Tons of seating! Outdoor living room area, plus an additional table and chairs with umbrella. The property consists of two properties at the end of a private drive at the end of a deadend street which is adjacent to a huge forest (>1000+ acres) which is bordered by the property, railroad tracks, Tanyard Creek and Lake Allatoona to the north so it is very secluded and private and you can let your dogs run as much as they want. There is a hiking trail which could easily take you >30 minutes to the complete which we have marked. There is plenty of parking between the two homes. Please keep your dogs leashed while in the parking lot, but once you enter the forest, you can let your dogs run.
