The entrance is on the east side of our property, not via our house/garage. You can park on the street, or in front of the large brown gate, then open and close the gate behind you. You can also drive right into the yard, if that's easier. We have 2 dogs on the property but they will not be allowed in the reserved area. They are in a separate area that is fenced and they are not visible. NOTE: Please remember to keep an eye on your dogs while visiting the property, and pick up after them. Thank you!

The perfect setting for fun and exercise. 🐾 Agility Playground The backyard features a variety of agility equipment to keep your dog engaged. A tunnel to dash through; Adjustable jumps that cater to different skill and fitness levels, An A-frame to build confidence; And weave poles for dogs to practice their coordination and focus. 💦 Pool Zone Adjacent to the agility area is a dog-friendly pool, offering a place for the dog to cool off after playtime. The pool has a ramp and small interior platform for the dogs to get in and out of the pool. Relaxation and Play Surrounding the agility course and pool are shaded areas with comfortable spots for rest or a toy bin is available to encourage more play in the grass. This backyard setup combines fun, fitness, and relaxation, creating an ideal environment for a dog's well-being. A great enrichment sniffspott that will still leave your pup tuckered out! The large deck offers a great place for the two legged guests to sit and relax, throw a ball, soak up the sun, and smell the flowers!

A very large Feild area as well as some long grass. There is a park bench for humans to rest on. Lots of trees and green space to run and play fetch. Parking is located on Township Road 470 on the grassy patch near the farmers Feild. There are green flags and orange tape to help guide you Kids welcome! Hoping to be moving a small swing set down near the pond this summer. A large section of the yard is mowed weekly. There will be signage for "out of bounds" area (our family's back and front yard area) We have two dogs ourselves. A golden retriever and a rat terrier mix. They are kept inside during sniffspot visits, but they do have access to our front deck during sunny days. They can not get off the deck, but they could possibly bark or respond to barking/voices. We try our best to not let this happen but sometimes we have a sniffspot booked when we are not home and the dogs have access to the deck.

Welcome to our fantastic 9800 sq ft indoor play area designed just for your furry friends! With a sandy footing, it’s the perfect spot for your pups to run, play, and have fun. Want to bring along a friend or two for a playdate? That’s great! Just remember, these are private bookings, so you can focus on how your dog interacts in this special time just for you and your four-legged pals. It’s an all-weather destination—ideal for enjoying a safe playtime without any other dogs around or just relaxing while your pups explore! We’re conveniently located just 10 minutes south of Leduc and 20 minutes from South Common, right off Highway 2, making us super easy to access. We share our cozy facility with Mystic Meadows Equine Centre. Just look for their sign at the end of the driveway; we’re the 4th driveway on the left side as you head south. GPS will guide you right to our yard, but keep in mind there’s no signage off the main roads. Those large buildings you see on the right side of Range Road 251? They’re not us—keep going a bit further! When you arrive, our entrance is at the front far left corner of the big grey/green building—so keep an eye out for the white door as it can be a little sneaky to spot! Park right in front of the building at the NW corner. Please note, the grey door at the front is locked for the safety of the animals in the barn, so access is only through our side entrance. Although we don’t have a bathroom available, you’ll find plenty of fast food options with restrooms at Leduc Common just off the highway, so plan accordingly before your visit! As you make your way in, please go slow in the driveway—we want to keep all our pets safe, just in case someone decides to make a daring escape! And if you happen to be running late, no worries—take your time! Before you enter, we kindly ask that you take a moment to let your dog relieve themselves outside. If they happen to mark the walls, there’s spray provided for you to use. If they happen to pee in the sand, just give it a little kick to break it up, as we want to keep the surface in top shape for the horses! Remember to pick up any poop and dispose of it in the trash can just outside the door—kicking sand over it isn’t quite enough! We like to keep the area tidy, so those who don’t pick up after their dogs will find themselves on the naughty list! And if you notice a mess left behind by a previous guest, please drop us a message so we can take care of it. If our spray bottle runs out, just let us know! We’re here to help make your experience as enjoyable as possible. And with the longer days and more daylight, we’re excited to share that we’ve reduced our pricing since we often don’t need to use power during this time! Dress warm still our space isn't heated and we do passively heat by opening all the doors during non booked times. It will always feel a bit cooler than outdoors, but it is fantastic in the summer heat as we rarely go above 17-18 degrees!! We can’t wait to welcome you and your pups for some fun! We look forward to seeing you playing with your dogs in the giant sandbox. There are some toys available, you may bring your own as well. If your dog is a toy destroyer please bring your own suitable toys. You may see us out and about in the yard we are a working business and we may be accessing our equipment, or hear us in the barn itself. That is why leashing your pets is critical until you are safely inside. As the weather warms up we will definitely be out and about more catching up on some overdue chores. However we will never enter the space while a client is inside unless specifically invited or an emergency. We look forward to seeing you at our space!

Hey there!☀️🙋🏼‍♀️ Welcome to my fully fenced, private yard—a perfect escape for your furry friends to run, splash, and play! This space features a 10x20 pool,ideal for cooling off on warm days! Pool has some tree Debris that falls in but we do scoop out before each use, we will leave the net out as well! Both our dogs love swimming in the pool! (We will be getting a ramp for easier ins and outs) We will also have some available dog toys to keep the fun going, my pups are toy destroyers lol so toy count may vary each visit. 🎾⚽️ Enjoy a relaxing visit with chairs provided in the corner, and a trash can on-site for easy cleanup. We also have a slackline set up for any pawrents who want to test their balance while their furry friend plays! While part of the fence is hip-level, my friendly neighbors occasionally step outside but are comfortable with Barky dogs. 🐶🥰 I noticed that many great water features are quite a distance away, so I wanted to offer a local, convenient spot right in town! Come let your pups enjoy a safe, refreshing play session. 🏡🐶💦
