Sollie's Place: Private Parking! Pool, Agility, & Digging!

We bought this yard specifically for our reactive dog (Sollie). He absolutely loved it and really flourished here. He’s passed away now, so we want to share our yard with more doggies! Jump in the pool, do agility, dig some holes, and just generally create chaos. Agility equipment is the portable type, so it’s just jumps, hoops, and tunnel. We don’t have seesaw or table obstacles. Photos show it set up in the smallest section of the yard to leave the bigger areas for fetch, but you can easily move it around. There are 3 main sections to the yard, plus pool and patio. A couple photos include Sollie, who was about 90 pounds, so you can see the scale of the yard. We have lots of amenities included to make your visit stress-free, plus a few items for purchase as Extras. Hope to "see" you soon! (You won't see us at all. :) ) FENCING: The interior divider fence was destroyed when a tree fell in a storm. We're still dealing with insurance. Please don't worry about dirt in the pool; we'll turn the vacuum on when you leave. :) Those old fence panels are now being used to block off an Oleander bush while we remove it. Oleander is very common in Arizona, but it's toxic so we've chosen to remove it. Very small dogs may be able to fit through this interior fence. The main fence is still secure, and small dog approved! VACCINATIONS: Please double check that your doggie is up to date! 🐶💕 The parvovirus vaccine in particular is super important. The virus can survive in the soil for a year, which would not be fun!

Great pool just to get those swim loving dogs into some water during the hot summer months to cool them down and get some energy out. Shallow pool (deepest is about 5 feet) for dogs, with separate side entrance that is separate from the rest of the house/yard, so no contact with the residents. Pool is completely contained so your pet will be safe and unable to escape. There are chairs, chaise lounges, some dog pool toys, an umbrella, a two seater patio swing w/canopy , and misters (only available at certain times/days), as well as a fire pit around the pool area that are available for use as well as towels provided (if requested before arrival). The pool is fairly small but the entrance has a good-sized shallow landing platform that is only about 6 to 12 inches deep. The pool is professionally cleaned every Friday, so we cannot accommodate use on Fridays due to the cleanings.

Julie's yard is lovely! The pool and small grass area were perfect, our dogs loved playing there. Julie was so sweet to leave out dog bowls of water and also a pitcher of ice water with cups for the humans. Along with lots of pool toys and floaties! We'll definitely book this spot again.

The water was perfect temperature and we went at 8:30 pm. The dogs loved it! They had toys, ice water and cups for us, cold water for the dogs, doggie bags etc for us!!

This visit was awesome! Besides everything quite clean it was a very comfortable feeling backyard. Our little guy even had a fresh bowl of water waiting for him. It's always the little things that definitely matter. Especially loved the umbrellas near the pool. I was able to get one up and open. 😄 We plan on returning again and again.

Fence in really well, lots of fun stuff for fur babies and humans, my golden puppy learned to swim my rottie was a fraidy cat, toys , for humans and animals grass area and a nice pool the owner is very sweet as well, I didn't see any residents or there house pets the whole time we where there, we will be back . This was our first Sniffspot - we felt a little awkward going in without communication first, but that was completely on us for booking last minute. The pool was clean and we really enjoyed the floats. Our pup was happy as can be and is still exhausted three days later from fetching toys and rolling around in the grassy area for a few hours. We’d definitely love to come back.

Perfect place to cool off with your pups!! Floaties, toys & seating all included. Even a small life jacket for a small pup in case you forget yours! I like the air lock section between the back entrance/exit and the actual pool area, it makes it super safe for pups who are runners!
