We bought this yard specifically for our reactive dog (Sollie). He absolutely loved it and really flourished here. He’s passed away now, so we want to share our yard with more doggies! Jump in the pool, do agility, dig some holes, and just generally create chaos. Agility equipment is the portable type, so it’s just jumps, hoops, and tunnel. We don’t have seesaw or table obstacles. Photos show it set up in the smallest section of the yard to leave the bigger areas for fetch, but you can easily move it around. There are 3 main sections to the yard, plus pool and patio. A couple photos include Sollie, who was about 90 pounds, so you can see the scale of the yard. We have lots of amenities included to make your visit stress-free, plus a few items for purchase as Extras. Hope to "see" you soon! (You won't see us at all. :) ) FENCING: The interior divider fence was destroyed when a tree fell in a storm. We're still dealing with insurance. Please don't worry about dirt in the pool; we'll turn the vacuum on when you leave. :) Those old fence panels are now being used to block off an Oleander bush while we remove it. Oleander is very common in Arizona, but it's toxic so we've chosen to remove it. Very small dogs may be able to fit through this interior fence. The main fence is still secure, and small dog approved! VACCINATIONS: Please double check that your doggie is up to date! 🐶💕 The parvovirus vaccine in particular is super important. The virus can survive in the soil for a year, which would not be fun!

Its a wonderful big open space and our dogs loved it. They ran until they were exhausted. We brought chairs and sat under the tree. The neighboring dogs were a bit too much for our reactive pack so I would take caution if your dog(s) is highly reactive. We hope to be back soon!!!

So freaking massive. The most space my dogs have ever had to roam in a flat open area. This would be a great place to practice recall. There is a neighbor dog that likes to bark when you first drive in - if your dog is highly reactive, keep your windows rolled up when you first drive up. My dog was so excited to see the other dog she jumped out of the open window LOL. The field is so extremely large though that my dogs soon forgot about the dog. Perhaps my favorite Sniffspot to date

Another group rented the smaller field and they were in the larger field when we showed up, owner offered to compensate us for our time but we ended up leaving a couple minutes earlier than our scheduled time because our pup was tired. But we were very happy with the communication during the mix up and the field was beautiful! We watched a goat herd walk by and our dog loves running off leash.

Really cool place! They have porta pottys along with hand soap and sinks operated by foot lever, which is really nice since it was a long drive for us. Our pups really enjoyed the room to run around and sniffed all the different smells. I can’t wait to go back.
