Summer's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Richland

Fully fenced back yard! Entrance gate is at the front of the house to the left. Fence is 6’ along half the front, one side, and along the back. Rest of fence is 4’ along the other side and front of house. The yard is half grass and half concrete patio. In the summer/fall there are persimmon, pear, plum, jujube, and cherry trees to pick from! In our space you’ll have access to two goodie baskets, one for the people and one for the pups. The people basket has hats, gloves, and blankets (in the winter months), snacks, water bottles, hand sanitizer, and dog bags. The pup basket has a couple treat options, a clean water pitcher to refill their bowl, a towel to dry them off, some toys and a brush and nail clippers. You’re more than welcome to bring your own toys and equipment as well! All towels, stuffed toys, gloves, hats, and blankets are washed in hot water and run through a sanitize cycle after each visit, regardless of use. They’re squeaky clean and safe for you to use! There’s seating on the patio and a fire pit available if requested. Please use the pooper scooper/dog bags and garbage can to clean up after your dog before you leave. We hope you enjoy our space!

Absolutely amazing! Had my Ivy girl and a few of her dog cousins run around for an hour and a half, they had such a good time! Amazing for my grandparents Aussie to get her energy out! Very clean, little/no mud even on an overcast “sprinkling” day. Water and bathroom map was appreciated. Great toy selection! Would recommend bringing a few smaller tennis balls for the launchers if that’s a favorite :) Will definitely be coming back! Highly highly recommend!

Very easy to find, great parking. This was my first experience at a sniff spot, but my sister and niece have had many, and said this one is the best one they have been at! So much fun!! room to run and no security issues with the fencing. We will be back!!!

We're regulars at this Spot. Great spot for active dogs that need plenty of room to run, as well as for reactive dogs that need relatively low stimulation environments. See my previous comments for more detailed review. One change of note. The owners have added some black covering on the lower part of the long section of fence on the south side. I assume this was put in to improve the visual isolation from the neighboring properties in that direction. If so, a good improvement. Also, the low visual barrier along the west fence was removed (which does make the location a bit more visible to the side street and homes along the west side). All in all, still one of the best larger Sniffspots in this area.
