The Meadow: 3 Acre Fenced Private Dog Play Spot In Perrysburg

Come enjoy the country life with your dogs just minutes away from the city. We have a total of 5 acres with 3ish in the back fully fenced with 5ft welded wire. By the house there is a deck and patio with hose access and seating. There are tall grass meadow areas and mown grass play areas along with trails through the tall grass and plenty of voles to hunt around for. We have 3 pups orselves that will be kept inside and away from the yard but are available to play depending on your preference. The pond is full of nature and a very nice spot to cool off. ***We may have a few days blocked off during the summer to allow time for contractors to do work on the exterior of the house. Soon the road will be closed to replace the water main. I will block those days off when I have specifics from the city. This fully fenced in yard is the ultimate oasis. Walk your dog on over and relax next to Ford Lake with optional usage of the fire pit, fridge, and tiki torches. We also have two playgrounds for younger children (or children at heart) to enjoy. There's also a scooper, dog poop station, and toys available for you to use. Wifi is available free for guests. Connection information will be sent during your booking. Need to charge your phone or use an outlet? Feel free to plug-in to our outdoor receptacles. Need to run your dog at night? Not a problem! We have exterior lights we can turn on both by the lake and near the house that will give you more than enough light to see. There's also solar lights placed throughout the yard. While we don't specifically have an outdoor restroom, if you need to use the restroom, message us and we can let you inside. Dogs must remain outside while you use the facilities. Stay for an hour or have an evening relaxing by the lake with your pup. Note that if your dog is more reactive around people, we recommend coming during the morning during the week. During the summer you may see neighbors out in their yards doing yard work. Hose is on for the season! It is out by the garden and we have moved the water bowl out that way too for easy refills while you are here.

There is also a very quiet dirt road that you can take walks down to see this beautiful area. There are several old Henry Ford buildings in my area, his summer working mill is just down the road for any history buffs
