Perfect spot for my very reactive little mini poodle Buddy. Very quiet, super cute neighborhood. Easy to find. Fence is high, no cracks or “escape routes” (Buddy is an escape artist — if there’s a way out he’ll find it; I felt comfortable letting him roam). Fresh water bowl and treats for Buddy on the outside table; very welcoming for dogs and humans alike! It was a little warm for my little guy so we did not stay long, but I will definitely go back.

The yard was clean and offered my dog plenty of stimulation! It was great with my reactive dog to have the privacy fence so he couldn't really see what was going on around us! He's a funny guy and doesn't play with toys, but he had plenty to sniff for the time we were there and came home EXHAUSTED. Thanks!

Amazing experience!!! We have a reactive pup and it’s so hard to find places he can enjoy. Neighbors were able to be heard and the humans were tall enough to see them but the dogs couldn’t! The dogs didn’t mind the sounds though, almost adds to the enrichment factor. 10/10 experience for humans and dogs that aren’t very social (: thank you!

Overall, a really good spot! It’s huge and a lot of area for dogs to play! There are a few spots towards the back that a small dog could get through if they wanted to. I have a 20 lb pug for size reference. Only other thing is it is next to the back of an apartment complex. So people are constantly walking in and out, as well with their dogs. One of my dogs is very people reactive but he’s tiny so not a big deal. I dog sit for a very reactive GSD who has a history of jumping fences so I would def not bring him. Overall- it’s a great spot and my dogs had a blast!

This was my first time using sniff spot. I probably would have felt weird being in a stranger’s yard, but this one’s not attached to a house, so perfect! It’s pretty, too, with trees on the perimeter. Long enough of a lot to throw a chunk-it. There is a spot where the chain link fence sags. A very jumpy dog could maybe get over, but there’s another empty lot on the other side, so I don’t think they’d want to.

This is a great spot for any dog that loves to run around. It is well fenced and has an old glider that I loved. Next time I go, I'm going to sit there and read for part of the time while my dog is romping.

Have used this location several times and is my go to. It is a spacious huge vacant lot with lots of trees and stuff for your dog to explore. Tons of space for fetch, and secure!

This was our first time using SniffSpot and my girls had a GREAT TIME! The fence needs a bit of TLC in some spots, but it was perfectly fine for my medium sized dogs. One of my pups is a little reactive to people, and we had several folks walk along from the apartments next door, but I saw it as a fantastic opportunity for training. Just be aware that you will likely see people (which is made clear in the listing anyway) Overall, very fun and stimulating space despite being in the middle of Tosa— and we will for sure be returning.

It was exactly what i was looking for. Just a big open space to let my guy burn off steam and sniff around in some dirt and leaves. We did not encounter any other visible dogs, just a mailman who was serving the adjacent apartments. Everything was very easy. We will definitely be back!

Great place to let our dogs romp in snow! The host was willing to accommodate our last minute request and respond very quickly! Have enjoyed using this as a place to let our foster dogs get out energy in the past too. Can’t wait for our next visit.

This was the perfect spot for my pup! Lots of space to run and play and lots of things to sniff. She loved it even on a very cold day! The host was very friendly and good at clearing communication about the spot. Will come here again! A couple notes for other owners: the fence in one section looks like it’s caved a bit and has some low spots. This wasn’t a problem for us but could be for others. Also we did see and hear a couple neighbors and some dogs in their yard just on the other side of the privacy fence. Not a problem for my girl, but again, could be for someone else.
