To decrease traffic we have increased our pricing because the grass is struggling with wear/tear. If you have a history of using our yard we want your dog to still get to come play! So please send a message & we will send you a discount code. We just need to start planning for planting grass etc. We LOVE sharing our space with multiple dogs from the community however, it is hard on the grass. For this reason, we have limited our evening and some weekend availability to Members Only to decrease the wear and tear on the yard. With the fluctuation in weather please be aware: If outdoor parks are wet and muddy ~ areas of our yard will be also. We cannot control the effects of rain. WATER: Due to freezing temperatures all water features have been removed for the season. Clean water bowls will be provided, but please bring your own water for the time being. Thank you for understanding. Please always use the provided carabiner to lock the gate as pictured after you and your dog(s) enter. We have installed multiple methods of LIGHTING for evening reservations. Easy instructions for use will be sent when you make the reservation. We do have a SHADE/RAIN SHELTER! :) PARKING: One FREE private parking space located at the entrance from the alley at the back of the lot. Since some guests were having a tough time with the parking space, we did WIDEN the entrance. We park 2 Honda CRV's back there daily without issue. Fully fenced 6 foot secure and private green space. Large open lot with seating and plenty of room to play fetch or just relax off leash. Easy street parking, no permit required. Any Extras will be located in the storage bin on the east wall of the lot. We have evening hours 6:30p to 9:30p for Members Only, 7 days per week.

Come enjoy our spacious yard with lots of grass, toys, and room to play! We have a fully fenced backyard with no gaps or holes. You can enter through our driveway and push open the wooden fence. There is plenty of parking on our block. Please do not park in or in front of the driveway. We have a small deck, table, and chairs for you to enjoy while your pup sniffs around. If weather is nice, we also have a cushioned swing to use as well! Toys, treats, fresh water, and poop bags will be provided. Fully fenced grass yard for the pups with mulched borders. Theres a table and chairs, umbrella, and hammock for the humans. Ill put out fresh water before your arrival. You’ll have access to the hose for refills and play, please just avoid making mud. I have raised garden beds, and while Your pup has free range of the yard/mulched beds, i do ask they stay out of the garden beds. You’ll have access to a pooper scooper and bags. Please place used bags in the green garbage bin. Parking is on the right side of the driveway if available or street parking on the opposite side of the street from our driveway. Its a neighborhood so there are often pedestrians with their pets and children walking past the yard.

Hello little ones and dog owners. I actually have a 8,241 square feet yard size. I would say that is medium size that is gated all around as you see in the pictures exactly. Lots of room for running around, digging space, explore and have fun! I do have a fire pit in the middle of the yard and a patio deck for dog owners to sit and relax. I don't have much playing toys, but I have plenty of sticks and a ball that can be bitten and thrown. Don't worry, I can buy more toys or you can supply your dog's own favorite toys. I don't have any dog's. There are neighborhood dogs in their respective homes that may bark, but don't worry they can't jump over their fence or anything from their owners homes. If you would like little humans to play with dogs just let me know, if not the space will be yours alone. You can park in front of the house or in the driveway.
