Excellent spot for us to enjoy some time outside. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. The spot is really clean and well maintained. The hosts were responsive and friendly. It was easy to find and to get in. I am definitely bringing my pup back!!! Two thumbs and paws way up!

Nice backyard play area, clean, some toys, too! Some off leash dogs in cul-de-sac driveway to get to gate. None bothered us excessively.

It was a good one, definitely saw those Frenchies on the way in (carried my reactive pup). There were a few poo bombs present prior to my arrival that I collected myself -- bags were provided and the cost couldn't be beat! The dogs had fun.

We had a great time here! My mom and I really liked that it was quiet & peaceful, without outside distractions. There was a lot of space for the dogs to run and explore different terrains. They looked so happy and free and really wore themselves out! 😀 I really appreciate that there is a bathroom, soap and a sink there for us humans, as well as the owner of the Spots effort to have the space dog/dog owner friendly, with toys, poop bags, trash can, hand towel by the sink, etc available and easy to find. We will definitely be back!

The dogs had a great time running around and exploring. The host is very responsive and organized. There is a bathroom with a sink, a huge water bowl for the dogs under the faucet, poop bags, trashcan and toys provided, shaded areas to sit and relax, and lots of room to stretch your legs. Beautiful property!

We had a lovely experience! Our dogs loved getting to walk around and enjoy all the new smells. It was a very peaceful, quiet environment. There are other animals in neighboring properties that are visible from this area (horses, cows, etc.), just in case your dogs may struggle with that. There's also some construction on the property, so be careful where the dogs walk, as we noticed some nails on the ground.

this place is awesome. the stream was beautiful along with the many hiking trails. my dog would live there if he could. we did two hours for the stream and trail by the entrance which left us plenty of time to explore and relax. the hills are pretty steep so wear good shoes. awesome place and even better host. she gave clear directions and was really friendly. she even called to make sure we were in the right spot. will definitely be back again.

The private stream add-on is back! The new trail has some parts that are very steep and slippery, wear good shoes and take it slow. It can take a good 20-30 min each way depending on your pace to reach the stream so book your visit with that in mind. There is very little to no cell reception but Alma is very easy to communicate with and has very detailed instructions.

This was our first SniffSpot booking and couldn't be happier. David and Alma's land was amazing. Our little Piper was just in heaven. There were clear directions on how to find everything, Alma was very responsive and very detailed in all her directions. We booked two hours and just had the best time playing in the little river that flows through their land and then took a leisurely walk back to our car through the avocado groves. It was so perfect. There were swings and benches and it was just wonderfully clean. We were sad we didn't pack a picnic or bring some books. It was a great place to relax. Piper was filthy from rolling around in all the dirt, but we loved it for her (she never gets to run around free)! We will absolutely book again! Note: to get to the little river is very steep, we loved it, because we like to hike and love a workout for the pup, but others may want to ensure you and your pups are able.

Choice Avocados was an amazing afternoon for my pup! We took a 25 minute or so walk to the creek, hung out by the creek for a bit then walked back. David and Alma's instructions were clear and thorough. I had missed a message on Sniffspot prior to the booking (my user error), so I was a bit late once it was all sorted, but Alma was wonderfully kind and flexible with my timing. The property was just beautiful and worth the long drive for us to get there. We can't wait to go back!

The pool has steps so if your dog wants to just sit in the water it can. Or they can use the not heated jacuzzi so it’s not as deep and more contained for your pet. Overall it was a nice experience to be able to have my dog run and jump in a pool as much as they wanted. Left tired and happy. I’ll definitely be back.

if you just put the asdress into the GPS it takes you to the wrong entrance, but the host, Alma, was so welcoming and helpful! The property is gorgous and tons of smells to keep the pups intrigued.
