Our pool has been great for our dog after her TPLO surgery. I highly recommend water therapy for recovering from injuries. If your dog doesn’t like jumping in, they can use the steps on both sides of the pool to get in and out. There’s a park across the street from our house with a public restroom. While this is a dog focused activity I understand that timid or new swimmers may need in pool assistance and that’s no problem/no extra charge.
