This was the first spot I visited from Sniffspot, and it was wonderful. Rick was super nice, and it was easy to tell he loves animals. My 2 pups had a great time sniffing the area, but they mostly loved swimming in the pond. The entire property was clean and well maintained. I plan to bring my pups back weekly.

Finally made it! We have been wanting to take the boys here since last year!! Definitely worth the wait!! Rick was an awesome host and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was fantastic! The boys had a great time! The view was beautiful, scary cat me, wandered out but so far this time..lol The boys were not ready to leave at all!! Next time we must do a bit longer!! Totally recommend!! For me it was only 20 minutes from home. Which was extremely convenient!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ a new weekly routine for my boys!!

This place was amazing for our dogs. Rick is so welcoming and takes great care of the property for his guests to enjoy. We easily spent 2 hours roaming around. The dogs were so happy swimming and running around. Thank you, Rick!

Very friendly host. Beautiful property. All the amenities you could need to have an awesome time for your dog! Our pup loved exploring the property with us and couldn't get enough of the pond. Wonderful time and we are so grateful for the chance to swing by!

Such a fun spot for the dogs to run and play. Rick also supplies some extras that make the stay even more enjoyable. We appreciated the rinse station, seating, toys, towels, and bug spray. The hiking paths are maintained so you don’t have to worry about overgrown grass or anything either. 10/10 recommend checking it out.

The name truly is a representation of what Rick and his families property is! Pure bliss! Between the easy parking and walking access to the pond/cabana area of this beautiful property is truly PAWfect! Me and my dogs more than enjoyed our time there I wish we would have booked it for longer which is what we will be doing from now on! This place is IT! We absolutely love it here. Our first visit was last Saturday and we hope to come every week. We have a Lab and she loves to swim here!! And explore!

Beautiful, peaceful spot. We loved it and will definitely be back. Rick is a great host and provides so many extras like a dog rinse station, fresh water and bowl, toys and towels in addition to the beautifully kept trails and swim spot.

Wonderful place for my dog and for us. Rick, the owner thought of everything. He has a gazebo by the pond with water for the dogs. He has a wash station as you leave so you can wash your dog. He even has a towel to dry your dog. off. The grounds are beautiful - lots of room to run and play and hike. We live in DC and came out for a late afternoon visit at Rick's with our dog . We are having dinner in Fredrick and staying @ a little B&B tonight at in Fredrick. We will be back for sure.

Great spot! Wanted to see if our foster dog would take to swimming and he had his best day ever. Great setup, plenty of amenities and would absolutely love to return.

I can’t say enough about how perfect this place is! Rick has thought of everything. Wonderful quiet oasis that is beautifully maintained and a perfect getaway for my pup who loves water! My pup loved the pond so much it was hard getting him to leave. We’ll be back soon!

We couldn’t have asked for a better first Sniff Spot experience! The property is such an incredible place to spend time with your dog — ours was only interested in the pond but we’ll definitely be back to explore the many fields and trails as well. Rick is the nicest and most thoughtful host and provides everything you could want for your visit. Thank you!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was hands down the BEST Sniffspot I’ve ever been to! I took my dog, Wrenley, and we were both blown away by how incredible this place is. It’s a beautiful 30 acre property with a clean, private pond, easy to follow trails through the woods, and wide open fields for fetch and exploring. It truly felt like a dog’s dream come true! From the moment we arrived, the host, Rick, made us feel so welcome. He was so kind and friendly! he met me right as I was parking, gave me a personal map of the entire property, and took the time to explain all the trails, open areas, and amenities we could enjoy. He had a big bin full of toys Renley could use, fresh water and a bowl ready, and even offered to bring us towels so thoughtful and above and beyond! The pond was so well maintained! I could hear a quiet pump running under the dock, which really showed how much care Rick puts into keeping everything clean and inviting. The whole property felt safe, secluded, and beautifully kept. You’re surrounded by peaceful nature and far from any busy roads, so you can truly relax and let your dog run, swim, and sniff to their heart’s content. Another amazing touch was the dog wash station with a pump and hose so you can rinse your dog off before they get back in the car so convenient after a good swim and romp through the fields! I originally booked an hour and a half, and the time absolutely flew by, it was that good! If you’re planning to drive out, make sure you give yourself plenty of time to explore this is definitely not a half hour adventure. Next time we go, I’ll probably book at least two hours because there’s just so much to see and do. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s an hour from our house, but I’d gladly drive two hours just to come back it’s that special. If you’re looking for a truly magical spot for your dog to have the best day ever, this is it!

Piece of Quiet Farm was the perfect spot for our Charlie girl! Rick couldn’t have been more hospitable and kind. My wife and I can’t wait to visit again!

Beautiful property, lovely lake for dogs to swim, nice and quiet and safe! We appreciated the owner meeting us to discuss his property. The towels, bug spray and toys were excellent touches. We will be back.

Amazing time! Beautiful property and the pups loved the water! We spent the afternoon and could have stayed longer! The wash station was very convenient and easy to use before loading up two extremely wet muddy German Shepherds. Rick could not have been more hospitable and kind! We could have talked to him longer but the pups were ready for their day adventure! We will definitely be back! The only negative was I didn’t have my phone to take pictures-I’ll make take more next time to make up for it! Thank you Rick, it was great meeting you!
