A private 2 acre-fully fenced yard with horses and chickens coming home in fall of 2025. We get plenty of wild animals in our yard and have dogs of our own so there are PLENTY! Of smells for your pets to enjoy. All humans and pets will stay inside for your visit unless requested otherwise. Please note* -this is our personal yard/home and active farm that we’re constantly working on as the property was built in 1801. I am not a professional/commercial dog park and do it for the joy that I can share with other pets/owners and the extra income since managing a property this large is expensive. -Please have patience, respect and kindness for me as I will for you too :) At times we may need to leave out of the front yard but will not enter the sniff zone for your booking. - we do have dogs of our own so if you get near the garage or house, they will bark but won’t be visible. - We may need to enter/leave the house during your booking but will only do so through the front yard. We will never enter the fenced sniff spot during your reservation but you may see/hear us in the front yard if we need to leave. I have a water bowl, toys, poop bags, chairs for humans, a nice patio to sit on, picnic table, and a fire pit patio with string lights all available for use! Hand sanitizer is also available and if it rains, we will open up the garage for a rain shelter with chairs! We do not use any pesticides or fertilizer on our property but will spray for ticks in the spring and summer. We cut the grass 1-2x per week but even more in the spring to keep the grass super short and our house sits on top of a hill for added exercise. When we get a lot of rain, a small pond forms in the back of the yard (pictured) but it’s not there in the extreme summer heat. Happy to accommodate, please let me know if you have any questions!

** Spring Months**- please feel free to message anytime about Trail and Lake conditions before booking or day of reservation. Some area of trails may be extra wet and there is a seasonal swamp in middle of woods. Just a reminder always check for ticks! * please also check messages, I send out first timers info msgs and other information msgs that you may need to know* Dog paradise! Trails throughout, 3 acre lake, fenced in 24 acres. So much to do and explore. This is a natural area including woods and lake. Recall is still important. A great spot for recall training. We check fence regularly the best we can and I run 4x4 each morning to try and move out any wildlife. However It is such a large space if your pup does not stick with you. There could be times during day when we may miss if a critter has dug out under fence or branch has fallen. You know your dog(s) so use your best judgement if you feel they will be safe. It really is such an awesome space, we have learned after buying it is actually an old sandstone rock quarry! You will see lots a rocks throughout trails. Please watch steps for rocks and roots on trails. We have a small farmyard with ducks, chickens and pigs. They are fenced in their own area. Main trail in woods comes out behind the farm. If you are unsure of how dogs will react please leash while passing to ensure safety of all. We hope you and your dog(s) have the best time and enjoy 🐾 Hours- because of the way the property is set up we can only regularly open certain times. Regular hours M-F 8am-2pm Saturdays- will be open as we are able to, it will be sporadic as we typically are out working on property or with our dogs on weekends. 😀 thanks!

Great area to take your pups ! There is no fence but as long as the listen decent they have all the room in the world to run . Because of its size I will try to host more than one dog at a time . There is a lake to swim and almost fully wooded. Thanks again for taking the time .

Private piece of nature for your fur friends, ready to explore and get real! The Property is shaped as a rectangle, so it's wide, but the way to the water is short. It's a very short trail down to the pond starting to the right of the house, about 5 minutes, and you can also explore around the property, there's a small creek to the left of the house that connects to the pond, tho it only gets wet while/right after it rains- It's a great place for your dog to explore nature. Could get muddy after the rain, so give it 5-8 hours to dry. Pond gets really full and exciting after the rain, tho, and you'll usually find mushrooms too! If you plan on splashing in the pond - your dog will get muddy! Bring your own towel, I got the hose.

Private Pond Pooch Paradise

Our property sits 1200+ feet off of the main road and is a total of 28 acres. There are neighboring properties that are 50 acres and 80 acres so no close homes in most directions. We are located approximately 1 mile from West Branch State Park. The property has a clean swimming pond, a walkable forest area with some established trails that are currently covered with leaves. We are a working farm with about 8 acres of crops. There is a large 3 acre wheat field in the front great for ball throwing. The remaining non crop acres are walking paths with some cut grass and yard. We do not have any livestock but our neighbors have cows. There is a secure fence on one side of our property that keeps the cows in their pasture. They’ve never visited us! Neighboring properties are also farms with over 100 acres of open land, woods and crops surrounding our property with no main or visible roads. You can see houses on one side of the property and that’s where the cows live! They have dogs but they’ve never visited us. We do have 2 well behaved German Shorthaired Pointers named River and Remmy who run freely on the property. However we will keep them inside when guests use the property. We have a bench to sit on in a shaded area around the pond for relaxing. The woods are beautiful to walk about as well. There is a large rock in the woods to take a rest on with an amazing ravine creek view. Our property is large and not fenced so dogs with impeccable recall should enjoy the freedom to play, run, swim, sniff and explore. Leashed walks are also welcome. Long leads can also be used. Because we are so far off of any main roads you will feel comfortable here! Your pups are welcome to swim in the pond during your visit. During recent rains our property stays mainly dry and the woods are relatively dry as well as there are many leaves covering the ground. In the winter when the ground is frozen it’s a beautiful walk.

Welcome to our home sweet home. My doodles and I love different places and meeting new friends. Outside lights added for night time play. Note: my fence is enforced with 6 foot hedges. This could not be the best for jumpers or smaller dogs that can squeeze through fence.

Dogs on the farm

10 acres on a farm with a stocked treated pond (if you see the gold fish take a picture!), swimming is allowed with your dogs, we are not liable for any injuries, if your dog breathes in the water, or does not know how to swim. Clean towels are provided in the pavilion. We ask each time that you close the dock gate for safety reasons when done. If your dog has long nails please do not launch them off the dock as it will scratch the dock up. Off the rocks or beach is fine. The pavilion has seating, corn hole, refrigerators and microwaves. Popsicles are in the freezer to the back right of the pavilion. At night the dock and pavilion lights up and the pavilion has electric outlets. Disco ball as well. To the right is our corn field and to the left is our garden. Our chickens stay in the coop to the left up the hill please don’t let the chickens out when the dogs are around. To the front of the property is where our cows, baby doll sheep, and goats are kept. They’re available for viewing and petting, do not give them treats. Hand sanitizer is provided. Please pick up after your dogs if they use the bathroom and dispose of it in the provided trash cans or dumpster. Doggy bags are provided. Swing set near the beach is useable as well.
