We had so much fun! The property is really nice with plenty of room to run & explore. It was also really clean so we didn’t have to worry about stepping on dog poop. The fence was perfectly secure for our two big dogs. Just a heads up to anyone with a smaller dog, there is a small hole in the fence that a small dog could probably fit through. The hole leads to the neighboring property that also looks fenced in. The rest of the fence, specifically along the highway side, is super secured. Also, *WARNING* it’s definitely tick season. Make sure your dogs are treated and check them afterward. We found a few on our doggos which is expected this time of year. Thank you to the owner for providing a fun & safe place for our dogs to run. It’s so nice seeing them able to enjoy some freedom. We will definitely be back!

We come here often and it’s a great time every time!! We haven’t been here in the spring before and the flowers and dandelions blooming all over the grass makes it such a nice experience for the pups and for me!! 5 star experience per usual

Great yard, will be back! The grass was well maintained. It is fully fenced, however, a few fence boards were off. We had no issues with our escape artist though, both dogs had a great time!

This was our first time trying out Sniffspot, and we had a great time! I thought our pups would have a blast zooming around such a large yard, but they actually tired themselves out sniffing and exploring everything first. We’ll definitely be back!

Great location- I have a dog-dog reactive pup and this spot was perfect for us. Lots of room to run, areas for shade and sun plus a little seating area. We have been here twice already and will come back

It is exactly as it is described. The place is relatively clean, the fences are high enough and intact. A great place to let your dogs be off leash and safe.

Amazing yard! Our three 60 pounds pups loved it. They can run at full speed and still have tons of room to keep going! Completely fenced in and very safe for us and our pups. Lots of trees and things to explore and also lots of room to just run and Frisbee or throw toys and play fetch! Highly recommend and will be back!

Absolutely wonderful experience for myself and my four doggos. So much to sniff and so many areas for running and playing, wide open fields, shady tree areas, even a small bamboo "hide and seek" forest area that my Bernese Mountain dogs LOVED. My golden retriever was in heaven chasing his ball and his siblings. The host is welcoming, communicative, and friendly. Can't say enough great things about this spot. We'll definitely be back!

Five fenced in acres at the end of a no outlet neighborhood road. Flip the locks up on the wheels of the stockade fencing gates and lock the wheels and latch the gate shut behind you. Circular driveway with parking spaces beyond the loop. An old barn and out buildings from a bygone era that my dogs enjoyed exploring around immensely. Fortunately, my crew is savvy about tools and products in their space as I rent part of my property to a contractor. A hose and metal water dish filled with fresh water near the front door of the home on the property. There were no muddy patches as there's so much room for dogs to run and explore. Everything was nicely grass covered. The stockade fencing separates the property from next door neighbors and livestock fencing around the rest of the property with a highway to one side and a creek just beyond the fencing along the rear of the property. Spots where the grassy area dipped or the stockade boards were missing, were reinforced and kept my 33 lb dog in with the rest of us as my crew explored the entire perimeter. We made this stop en route to a second location further south and because my half acre in the swamp that is Quakertown is too muddy during the Spring melt for my little diva Pitty girl who doesn't like to get her paws dirty. The 60° weather in February was icing on the cake!

We left a little early as I had to get back to work. We closed the gate as the sign asked. THANK YOU for sharing your property! It was the 1st time my Gordon Setter was off leash and he is the happiest I’ve seen him. I will definitely book again! The property is expansive. My dogs and I had a great time! The space is big and well kept and I appreciated the ability to come in the evening which is the only time I can get out to the area! I'd definitely recommend this spot!

Never misses! Great, clean yard for the dogs to run around. Lots of stuff to sniff. The fence is secure even for my little 20lb dog.
