Central Texas Bark Park

The Central Texas Bark Park in Temple, Texas is a fully fenced dog park open from dawn to dusk with periodic closings for maintenance and special events. Varied land, pastures, forest, water - our dog loved it for many years, now she’s gone and it’s time to share. There are a few sections. We recommend you drive all the way down the driveway for the best access to the large pond and trails through the woods. Off the driveway there are trails through the ravines, and up on the front is some nice pasture to explore. Fully fenced and safe! Come enjoy the sights and smells.

Welcome to our fully-fenced, large back yard. It is partially wooded in the back - feel free to grab sticks to toss with your pups, but beware of the mosquitos - we provide bug spray, but this is Texas! We have a covered patio with seating as well as a deck that has two gazebos. The uncovered portion of the deck does get quite hot in the summer, so please be careful. We have a fun turf area and rock box for your human kids to play in as well. Feel free to use the fire pit while your dog runs around, with reservations of at least two hours.

It is a doggy paradise. Just ask out 2 border collies and their friends. We have 5 acres with multiple fenced areas. Currently when you book you get the fully fenced front acreage. There is also a large pond for the water loving dogs but it is not fully secure. (POND IS CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE FOR PLAY DUE TO DROUGHT) We do also have horses, chickens and cats so we do ask that your pup be a good neighbor and not chase anyone but their own balls, frisbees or other toys.
