4 acres of land where your dog can run safely. Our property is fenced in around all sides. We do have three dogs on our property but they will be in the house unless your dog wants a friend! We have a pond to walk around, fire pit available, chairs to sit in, and various fruit trees that may or may not have fruit. We have chickens but they are locked up. Dog toys available too :). Welcome! We offer an 80% shaded, fully fenced area on a gated property in rural Clermont. We have an automatic watering system with two drinking bowls and a dog activated sprinkler. When you tire of throwing tennis balls, get out of the heat in our outdoor Living Room. This covered spot has seating for four people. We also have a hammock and several swings. Bring quarters to feed our goats a snack. Use the provided stainless steel bowl to collect goat treats from the machine. Please note: This is a farm. Our goats are safely contained in another pasture and will not be near your dog(s). While here, you may see chickens, turkeys, cows, tortoises, hawks, barn cats, and more. The yard is a large fenced in area with grass and a pool. There is a screened in area for the owner to relax in thats has chairs, tables and pool floats that they can use. Also by the pool are sun loungers and an umbrella. Bathroom can be left unlocked off the screened in area upon request and happy to leave sunscreen and bug spray out. The dog is allowed to use the pool. Please pick up after your dog and if you see them digging in the grass, please stop them.
