This was a great sniffing spot for our two dogs. The yard was very clean, well groomed, and with nice fresh water bowls. The lawn was a favorite for stretching out and rolling on their backs - repeatedly. There were nice doggie treats, hand sanitizer (how thoughtful), and lots of clean toys. A nice dog next door barked a couple of times, and then just watched us like he would like to come and visit our dogs. The fencing is safe with no gaps at all. We will be back!

this was the best sniffspot my dog and I have been to in a long time!!! absolutely wonderfully maintained outdoor space with very very little (if anything) for my dog to get into/make trouble with :-) perfect selection of toys, towels, and we definitely appreciated the water and treats too! will definitely be re-booking in the near future :-)

As a dog owner of a very dear reactive dog, finding safe options for everyone feels nearly impossible. In the past I had a horrible experience with public dog parks with my first dog where a negligent owner resulted in my dog being severely injured. This made me never want to go to a public dog park ever again. That coupled with living in an apartment I felt hopeless that my dogs would ever have a place to run free that was safe for them and for others. Neil’s spot changed EVERYTHING for us. The area is absolutely beautiful with lush plants and trees and an absolutely gorgeous tree blooming with bright magenta flowers. It feels like a dream there. I felt safe letting my dogs run to their hearts content off leash, and brought some of my own toys for them to play with as well. Seeing my dogs playing and running and having the time of their life in the safety of Neil’s spot made me want to burst into tears out of happiness. As I mentioned, my dog Mavis is very dear reactive. In our apartment complex, any sight of another dog, sound of a bark, or other people nearby and she goes crazy. There was a dog barking nearby and I was terrified she would go crazy, but she didn’t even care or pay any mind to it. The confidence and peace this gave me is indescribable. I might sound a little over dramatic, but her reactiveness has been a big challenge and seeing her calm and in her element with no fears or worries was worth every penny!! And the biggest plus about the entire experience is how incredibly kind, accommodating, communicative, and understanding Neil was throughout the entire process. Any questions or concerns I had were answered so quickly. This was my first SniffSpot experience and the host made this the smoothest most anxiety free process I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this spot and we will be back at least once a week to give our dogs the ability to run free and play in a safe and secure area. I cannot thank the hosts enough for everything they have done for us. They gave this anxiety-ridden dog mom the peace of mind and confidence that my dogs can live fully, safely, and have an amazing time. I’ll be saying thank you over and over again!

Very convenient to get in and out, backyard was well maintained. The doggos had a blast. The water for the dogs was very sweet and a few toys here and there.

Very nice and big spot! My dog loved it. There were chairs to sit and water bowl for my dog, plus some toys which my dog took no time to find and play with. Definitely would recommend this spot!

This was our second time coming to this spot and we really enjoyed it! This is a huge spot and had lots of room for my dog to run and play around. Host is very responsive. Definitely would be coming back again!

My dog had so much fun! Neil is a great host, the check-in and parking instructions were very clear that I had no problem accessing the spot! Host also kept fresh water and water bowl for dogs along with some toys which is a nice touch. I will definitely come back again.

Lovely SniffSpot! Easy to find and easy parking. The top ¾ is all grass, and the back ¼ is woodsy/brambly with little paths. The host thoughtfully left out some water and a dog bowl. Bring your own tennis balls. We only found one squeaky ball. I highly recommend this place!

My dogs loved sniffing and playing in this backyard. I could see that the neighbor has a couple of goats, dogs and a horse. The dogs were not near the fence, but barked a little from the deck when they noticed us. The neighbor brought them inside. My dogs couldn't see the other animals and didn't notice their presence. We enjoyed this spot!

Great yard! All rules and instructions were clear. If your dog is particularly reactive be aware that one side of the yard is chain link fence so you can see through to the neighbors.

This yard and fence are always well taken care of. The host provide a great assortment of toys for different sized dogs. Charloh loves how full the grass is and there is a nice shaded spot near the shed. ❤️

We had the best time! Host waved from the window as we arrived and provided fresh water and a bowl. The yard is totally secure and lovely. The dogs were delighted by the rooster crowing next door. Will definitely return!

A great spot as usual. Clean, neat with fun toys and clean water bowl. Nice and open so easy to keep an eye on the pups. Love this place.

Lovely spot, lots of room to run, maybe when you go you can spot the beautiful horse in the neighbors yard!
