55River, my partner and I had an amazing walk! River was so happy to be drinking around without a leash on! He was used to living on a farm for 5 years where he could run around as much as he'd want, and now we're in an apartment so it's harder to do that now. Note for anyone visiting Woolwich dog park is on the opposite side of the train tracks that can be seen and heard from the trail. Not very close though, wasn’t an issue at allMegan C.

55This is a great spot- lots of interesting paths and things to explore. Alicia left a water bowl out for us and gave nice clear instructions regarding where to park and we felt completely safe to let our dog off leash and explore freely. Jen P.

Alicia the host is absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. The communication was great too. Would definitely go back !!! They have a wonderful fire pit too! Thanks so much for everything!!!! 55Visited here today, my dogs had a great time. This was the first time visiting a "Sniff Spot" location. I have two large German shepherds and they are both very Reactive towards other dogs. 55Beautiful! property with so much to explore. Nice mix of trails and open space. It was a warmer day for huskies and didn't get a chance to explore further, but the water break was a nice treat. The pups a lot of fun. We all did! Melissa D.

55Very nice private trail that leads to a large well maintained grass field that was perfect for playing fetch. The trail was a loop with the grass field in the middle.
My one dog was off leash nearly the entire time, with the bush on either side of the trail and surrounding the grass field acting as a fence, although my puppy stayed on a long line as she's not as trustworthy. Really nice place for an off leash walk and a game of fetch. Allie l.

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers).
