She kept checking in on them throughout our visit. The mowed pathways made it easy for us to walk laps together, which was a perfect way for both dogs (and us) to get some exercise.

If you have a long haired or curly coated dog p, be prepared to brush thoroughly afterwards! Lots of burrs (nothing harmful, just annoying) but that's to be expected with any woodsy area.

It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks.
