55We love coming here! The dogs are always exhausted when we leave. Be sure to use flea and tick medicine because I did pull two ticks off the dogs while there. Will be back again soon! Tricia S.

There was a bird enclosure that was put up since the last time we visited, the wall was high enough that my dog couldn’t see them even when standing on her back legs but she could definitely smell them! We also came away with a tick (to be expected at this time of year) so be prepared to check for those. Rachael Y.

55My dog really enjoyed this spot. She loved running through the trails, and playing fetch in the open space. She also really liked the tennis balls and carried one around pretty much the whole time. The shady spots were really nice, too. We will definitely be back. Kelly R.

55Unfortunately, I will not be able to bring Lucy back. The farm adjacent to this spot now has a lot of live stock and Lou plowed head first into the fence to get to them. She didn’t hurt herself, nor did she do damage to the fence but it was mass chaos for a minute. I took her out just to be safe. holly K.

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
