He’s reactive with other dogs, but this yard was pretty private and the owner’s dogs never disturbed us during our visit so I didn’t have to worry about that. There also weren’t any holes or spots in the fence for him to get through. I’m neurotic so I triple checked and followed him around a bit, but it was very safe!

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks.
