Hay!😄 If you are looking to get out to the country and take in some pretty fantastic views, this is a place for you! We are a 170 acre ranch that farms hay. 42 of those acres are wooded with manicured trails, creeks and open pasture. We have 3 cows & 2 horses that roam free. However; if that’s a concern we can close off the 42 acres. (Just give me a heads up) Otherwise, you can roam free and play in any of our 3 ponds.

Carmopals front yard is a safe clean semi shaded private spot to play with your dog. I have several jumps and weave poles. There are three lights that you may manually turn on. There is mosquito repellent and poop bags in the brown box. There are dogs in the house so you may hear barking but no dogs along the fence line. Please enjoy and treat respectfully. I also have a pond at the bottom of the property. Every time I let my dogs out into the pasture, they act like its the first time and run around sniffing. Can't wait to share with all of you.

This is both a Sniffspot and HOA rule. Ideal yard for dogs in south College Station with lots of areas to explore and a large pool with two waterfalls, jet fountains and 3 sets of steps for easy and safe in/out for the pups. Fully fenced with stone and wrought iron gates allows the pups lots of room to run, even when the weather is too chilly for swimming. Hi, I'm a dog mom to black mini-goldendoodle named Million. I have a pretty large size fenced yard in the suburbs. I invest in professionally done pest management that regulary treats the yard with a pet-safe mosquito repellent.The house is located at the end of the cul-de-sac which means it more quiet than other parts of the subdivision. I have plenty of parking space in my driveway.

Fully fenced, small backyard yard. We have a nice outdoor furniture set with a propane fire pit. Treats for you and your dogs are provided as well as fresh, filtered water.

Moved here in August it’s an older home and have 2 dogs myself Lucky German Shepard and Nelson a smooth haired chihuahua. They love it outside, plenty of room to throw the ball or walk around the pond. We do have a duck named John and the dogs at first didn’t respond well but John the duck new how to remove himself. They are doing much better now that we have slowly introduced them. This property is a good place for a good run and plenty of exercise. We had visitors a couple of times and there dogs even got in the pond and waded, They all had a wonderful time together.

0.5 Acre Unfenced Private open lot with mature trees for plenty of shade, and lots of grass. We do treat seasonally for mosquitos.
