Carmopals front yard is a safe clean semi shaded private spot to play with your dog. I have several jumps and weave poles. There are three lights that you may manually turn on. There is mosquito repellent and poop bags in the brown box. There are dogs in the house so you may hear barking but no dogs along the fence line. Please enjoy and treat respectfully. I also have a pond at the bottom of the property. Every time I let my dogs out into the pasture, they act like its the first time and run around sniffing. Can't wait to share with all of you.

If you are looking for a place for people to swim, you may be able to find a pool on the Swimply app. All guests must be 18 or older. ** Dogs must be leashed until you have entered the yard. This is both a Sniffspot and HOA rule. Ideal yard for dogs in south College Station with lots of areas to explore and a large pool with two waterfalls, jet fountains and 3 sets of steps for easy and safe in/out for the pups.
