100% of our Sniffspot income goes towards the vet bills for our medical foster Siberian Huskies. **One human per dog is allowed in the pool while assisting their dog and are not to be in the pool if their dog is not in the pool. Absolutely no pool parties are allowed! If you are looking for a place for people to swim, you may be able to find a pool on the Swimply app. All guests must be 18 or older. ** Dogs must be leashed until you have entered the yard. This is both a Sniffspot and HOA rule. Always call before you make a reservation to avoid conflicts. This is a multipurpose venue, and we may have other rentals schedule. You and your dog are welcome to wander the 3-acre unfenced backlot (leashed or unleased) behind the Epic Mancave. We are part of the Epic Creative Co-Op, and home to The Woodlands Art League. Welcome to our fully-fenced, large back yard. It is partially wooded in the back - feel free to grab sticks to toss with your pups, but beware of the mosquitos - we provide bug spray, but this is Texas! We have a covered patio with seating as well as a deck that has two gazebos. The uncovered portion of the deck does get quite hot in the summer, so please be careful. We have a fun turf area and rock box for your human kids to play in as well. Feel free to use the fire pit while your dog runs around, with reservations of at least two hours.

Fully fenced yard with covered patio. There will be toys and an agility course for your dog to play with and a table for you to enjoy/do work while your dog(s) have fun. You may use the outlets on the table or on the pillars. There is a small mini fridge that you may use if you would like to keep your drink cool. 2 gallons of filtered water will be provided for the dogs along with a clean/sanitized water bowl. Dog splash pad is available upon request for an extra fee. No towels are provided. All dog water bowls and toys are cleaned and sanitized daily and/or after every use. There will be a bin to put used items in for sanitizing. The lawn is treated with all natural and pet friendly Cedarcide for fleas, ticks, ants and mosquitoes.

Great spot for dogs to run and have a ball thrown! Lots of sniffing spots! Fresh water will be out as well as hose access to refill as needed. Sprinkler attachment for hose is also available for your dog to play!
