There are two shade umbrellas and lots of trees that keep it cool throughout the year. If it gets hot, feel free to use the hose and sprinkler to cool your pup off!

This is a large, professional-grade private dog training arena designed for focused training, structured exercise, and safe off-leash time. The arena features artificial turf, secure fencing with privacy screening, and training equipment—making it ideal for reactive dogs, working dogs, large breeds, and serious handlers. You will have exclusive use of the arena during your booking. No other dogs or clients will be present nearby. We are indeed a boarding facility so you may or may not see a trainer on the premises or hear a dog bark here and there but not close to the sniff spot arena at all during your reservation. It’s super quiet and secluded in general though. Plus, we provide treats and essentials to make your dog’s visit extra special! Please Note: • Our doggy fountain is currently leaking and not holding much water so it won’t be full during your visit till it’s repaired. We have several water bowls set up to make up for it. • You may hear a baby during your visit — our home is shared with a little one, so guests must be comfortable with the occasional baby sounds. • To keep things enjoyable and safe for everyone, we’re limiting the number of people per booking to 4. This is a very big back yard large part pavers, large portion turf, and other dirt. On A clear day you can see to ocean, Catalina, and Long Beach. This big yard has a door that leads to the hiking trail of Whiting Ranch (I am not responsible for if you chose to go out there) but it is beautiful trail I take my dogs and kids on. At least once a month we see deer out there. Great space for the dogs and the owners. You both will enjoy this yard just like me and my dogs do also. In summer can put out small kiddy pool and sprinkler for dogs to run through. Comfortable table and chairs. Huge balcony for shade and cover.
