Almost Two Acres across from Redan Park, honestly a lot of people shy away from dogs at that park. I welcome any dog as long as you are in control of it and it's not a nuisance. I used to Manage the kennel at Atlanta's largest shelter so I am very comfortable with any dog. The property has 2 fenced areas. One including my home that is available as long as my dogs are inside (which is often) and the driveway is another fenced entity (gate can be closed at street). To ensure everyone can enjoy this amenity, please obtain prior approval and provide your own firewood. Remember to completely extinguish the fire and clean up any debris after use. Three comfortable chairs surround the fire pit, and solar-powered string lights automatically illuminate the space for a cozy ambiance in the evening. **Fresh Eggs:** We’re proud to offer fresh, free-range chicken eggs (no rooster!). The neighborhood is super calm and quiet, and often the only sounds are birdsong! At the end of my block, there is a walking trail (South river trail). Very quiet also.
