This is truly a private dog park! This fenced area is not connected to my house, nor is it visible from our house windows (only one bathroom window facing that way). It’s also not visible from the road or neighbors. For safety, there are double gates at the entrance. The area is mostly grassy except for a turf covered area that is prone to mud. Basic items are available like a dish for water, towels, a lawn chair, poop bags, a paw cleaner, long lines and a shovel to throw poo in the woods. Also, there are 2 trees for shade, a hose available, a sprinkler and 2 kiddie pools for your use. This area is used for my dog walking business a few hours per week but is available otherwise.

Bottomless Smells. 100 acre farm. Lots of space for your doggos and you to roam. It is a rustic magical place. Parking is far from the street down a gravel driveway. Safe for your pup and you to get out of the car. You can park anywhere. If you feel comfortable you can drive down to the lower field to get even further away from the road. I live down the street while I am fixing up the old house. So, there maybe someone at work in the house. Once you park, the best walking is down to the creek. Go to the lower field and look for the opening in the woods. 150yards from field is the creek. On a hot day, wear good creek shoes and walk up and down creek. If you cross the creek there is a great trail that circles around to the Powerline. Warnings: 1. there are lots of deer! 2. There are old barns. Do Not enter any of the buildings! They are very dangerous!!!! I have rescued reactive dogs. I want to create a safe space for your dogs and you to enjoy this great property.

Come enjoy the beautiful scenic view of Schoharie Valley! You and your pup can enjoy our 55 acres of fields and woods! There is a small stream that runs through the woods for you and your pup to enjoy! Multiple wildlife roam the property! If possible, I like to meet new guests first just to give them a lay of the land! I’ll provide you with a Google image of the property so you know the boundary lines! I also print out a list of local dog friendly eateries as well as other small cafes and shops locally! I provide a garden hose to rinse your pup off if they get a little muddy! And towels to dry them off! I typically have out a few tennis balls amongst other toys as well! And some treats for your pup to enjoy! 😊 Can’t wait for you to come explore Boreali Farms!

Hi I’m Paulina! I have been in the doggy business world since 2018. Whether you want to stay and play, or go about your day, I can ensure your dog (or should I say best friend??💕) has a fun filled time!! My photos all give a description of what days are like with us! I am a stay at home mom, so I have the resource to be here and available at all times to ensure safety for the dogs. I come with references from pet parents, if you’d like them I will happily provide them 🙂 I myself have 3 dogs who LOVE to meet new friends. Two pigs, Louise and Tina. Louise is 5, Tina, 2! I have a black lab named Luna. They are the sweetest!
