This space should experience far less standing water and mud during the winter months. It also features a covered area and picnic table for your use. It is closer to May Valley so does have more road noise. If your pup likes to splash, feel free to use “Spot #1” as usual. If you’d prefer a cleaner experience, Spot #2 should provide that. There’s no difference in booking, just that you can pick which spot you’d like. We may at times need to close one or the other due to standing water or maintenance, but there should always be one spot open. We are working to ensure all amenities of spot 1 are available. Spot 1 *fall/winter update* We are working to get the heavy mud under control, this may take a few weeks. Please bring boots and be prepared for dirty dogs. We have various levels of flooding during the winter; the spot has is anticipated to have mud and large puddles. At times we may need to close the spot due to excessive flooding (no dry land!). Please reach out if you have questions about how much water is in the spot. Keep in mind we also have increased migratory waterfowl in the pasture adjacent. 1 acre of flat field in a beautiful setting. One large tree in the corner. Fully fenced approx 4.5’ with predator fencing. We have motion lights that come on at night, not super bright but makes the spot visible during early night winters. Boarded by two, large pastures, a private road with limited use and our barn. Occasionally during the wet months flocks of geese/ducks may land in the wetlands adjacent. We have goats, turkeys, geese, ducks and chickens but they are on the other side of the property and should not be seen/heard. We have two dogs, Veles and Flora, that will be on the other side of the property or in the house. There is a covered bench and trash can in the spot, fresh water is also available. An outdoor bathroom is available for use, see map. When using the bathroom please keep your pup in your car as it is near our goats and free range chickens. Private Fully Fenced Yard in Kirkland

Conveniently located next to a public trail access, and located within private property. The lawn is a mix of short grass and soft moss, this is regularly maintained and never sprayed with chemicals or fertilizers. Fully fenced on all four sides with no low spots\gaps. One secured swinging gate at the entrance. Dedicated parking along the road just before the house and is clearly marked with a sign! The table next to the fenced area has a mailbox with hand sanitizer and other goodies, there is also a water\food bowl available. (I have a hose on the side of the house you are welcome to use) Please dispose of any used poop bags and other trash in the little blue trash bin under the table. The road next to the fenced area is privately owned, so the only people and vehicles that pass by are residents and delivery couriers but they are not very visible due to the difference in elevation. People occasionally pass by on the public trail and some do bring their pets, but it is mostly obscured from view by the trees on our property and separated by two sets of fences. Note that we are within hearing distance from a sportsman club\firing range, so at times there may be noise. Please reach out with any questions you may have!

(JAN/FEB 2025 - Expect a little mud under the grass given all the recent snow, rain and ice) Modest but useful fully enclosed 1500 sq ft back yard in Columbia City. If the nearby dog park on Genessee is too much for your pup, enjoy this little retreat instead. Fully fenced and enclosed for peace of mind (although if you have a jumper, take note that my fences are not super tall). There are two narrow strips along each side of the house which make for good sprints. The neighboring house is vacant and the other neighboring property is a duplex with no pets so it is a pretty quiet zone. Trash day is Thursday and the yard faces the alley where the big green trash trucks growl past, so be aware of that potential distraction. Also, the neighbor to the south has an irregular, unpredictable schedule for the landscaping crew, and it can be really noisy for a hot 60 minutes when they show up. If they start up while you're here, feel free to bail and let me know so I can rebook you at no cost. Ample street parking in front of the house on 38th Ave South. Enter through the gate on the north side of the red house. There is no parking along the back alley between 38th & 39th but there is a walk-in entrance from that alley if you prefer. The blue bin against the house contains some dog towels and a few other supplies. Please keep it latched to prevent critters from getting in. Shoot me a note if there are any problems with the yard or supplies.
