55Kona had a great time at this spot! After reading the reviews we were worried that there would be a lot of dog poop in the yard, but it was clean. They had a few bowls out and a hose to refill them, which was very handy. My dog enjoyed the numerous tennis balls around the yard. He’s blind, so we also appreciated that there was a large area of green space that didn’t have anything for him to run into. It was also nice to have a table and chairs to sit and watch him play. Kona had a great time at this spot! After reading the reviews we were worried that there would be a lot of dog poop in the yard, but it was clean. First time using sniffspot, I was a little nervous going to someone else’s home but gizmo is a apartment dog who can be reactive so I don’t like taking him to normal dog parks, had such a amazing experience backyard was fully fenced with zero gaps even the gate had no gaps, i had forgotten toys but luckily the owner had balls and other toys we were able to play with.

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks.
