He is very friendly and has dogs himself who are always secured inside his house. The property was beautiful and scenic, especially with the fall leaves forming in the trees. We all had major yard envy. The fence was secure, too. The property was nice and far from the road so there was no road noise either. We saw some deer in the field by the house, which was nice because we're nature lovers.
