Our farm is located on 100 acres of beautifully scenic property and we have opened 26 acres of that space for you to explore. Our property is on predominantly flat elevation with trails, multiple fields and roughly 7 acres of forest. While the forest can be dense in spots, it is very walkable and presents a lovely spot to hike through. We have 5 ponds as well as a stream that runs the width of our property and travels through the forest. We have a myriad of wildlife that you may see or encounter during your adventures here. These could include (but are not limited to) great blue herons, muskrats, rabbits, geese, ducks, deer and coyotes. We do have livestock and a guardian dog on the property (they are fully fenced) as well as family pets so please respect their space and ensure your dogs are leashed anytime you are nearing the barn, paddock or barnyard areas.

Area 3 (11,913 sq ft) is great for medium and large dogs. Area 5 is our inground pool which is heated and great for dogs and humans. You and your dog have to pass a recall/body language test to make sure everyone is safe, combined with security cameras our dog park really takes it to a new level of fun and safety. There are forest trails and trails around our hay fields. **Please note **Our residential areas are off limits, please stick to the trails and blue markers. Please do not enter any of the buildings on our property. When you come up the driveway veer to the right, there is a marked parking spot for you and your pup. Fall, winter and early spring are great months for ball chasers as we have big open fields. Mid spring and summer we have hay growing and ask you and your pups to follow the trails around the hay fields. There are a couple of cows on the neighboring property, this is only for a very small portion on one of the fields.

The arena is 8450sq ft of sand, fully fenced and located on a horse farm. There is a separate entrance near the parking lot for easy arrival and great for dogs who do not like to see other animals/people. Reactive dogs can be accommodated and are welcome - we know they need play time too! Pooper scooper/pitchfork and trash can are provided, please clean up after yourself and your dog. We ask that you do not let them excessively dig in the footing - a rake has been provided if needed. There may be jumps, large balls and dog toys in the arena which you are welcome to use. Dogs must be on leash when entering and exiting and at all times when outside of the arena. **During the summer months the large arena door is open for airflow, it is gated and most large dogs can not sneak out. If you have a small dog or an escape artist please feel free to pull it closed. Alternatively let us know before your arrival and we can close it for your visit.**

We have treed areas, large manicured and unfenced areas for zoomies, a pond for frogging plus an L-shaped fully fenced, fully secure area that wraps around the north and east side of the house. It's the perfect size for a small to medium dogs. It has a manicured portion and a unmaintained portion. (The east side is aprx 60’ long x 25’ wide and the north side is aprx 100’ x 20’ wide.) Larger than some city backyards! We have kiddie pool for splashing and towels for drying the toe beans before getting in the car! We also have fresh water bowl areas with toys such as tennis balls, sticks and tug toys for your dogs enjoyment! There are so many spots to sniff and investigate or just sit and chill with your doggo. We think you will really like it here and look forward to your visit!

We have plenty of space for running around, playing frisbee, fetch, swimming.. whatever your fur baby is after. We are a small farm, which means we have chickens, ducks and goats. We keep our animals in their coops when fur friends are visiting. ***please note; we require notice at least one day in advance if the animals are to be kept in their coops. Otherwise we let them free range*** The creek has an easy entry location. It’s shallow water at that spot. Deeper water in other areas. Our property is sprayed using a food grade insect deterrent. Plus our chickens free range when there are no dogs around. This means very minimal tick sightings. We have children, so expect some toys around. If you’re bringing children, they’re welcome to play on the play structure. (Pending parental approval and supervision). Plenty of muskoka chairs to relax in while your fur baby plays. The road isn’t right beside the area where fur friends run, however it is accessible from the yard. If you have a dog that’s a flight risk or likes to chase cars, this isn’t the right spot for you. We have lots of dog friends that visit unleashed and listen well to their owners with no issues. Any questions, please ask!

Reinforced lattice and bottoms of the fence so it's great for tiny dogs too! 100% private so there will be no other dogs in the backyard at the time of your visit; so perfect for reactive dogs to safely enjoy some zoomies and off-leash play! Reservations are always 100% Private; just you and your pup! You may hear my neighbours or neighborhood dogs, but once you're in the backyard, you won't see anyone :) Lot's of toys and activities for dogs including dog sprinkler and wading pool for hot days. Tons of comfy seating and huge deck with table for their humans to relax and watch them get their zoomies out! I volunteer and support a number of dog rescues and all proceeds from my Sniffspot are donated back to them!

Our private, fully fenced half acre yard is the perfect place to let your (reactive or otherwise) dog just be a dog and get some freedom! Please check in at the front desk to get the key to the yard, and clean up after yourself. There are water bowls in the yard, but please bring your own water. There are trees providing shady areas throughout the day. If bringing back the key when we are not open, please put it in the Mailbox, located beside our Front Doors. When we are open, our receptionists will gladly take the key back from you! All the fees go directly to the animals in our case, and we are a registered charity and no-kill shelter. There is an extra that you can select when booking your time slot called treats and if you select that extra then we will hide treats for your arrival!
