Country hideaway! Fully fenced dog pasture on secluded property in Beaverdam, VA

Fall is in the air and our spot is perfect to enjoy a nice, quiet escape! Our secluded dog pasture is located on a dead end in Beaverdam. As you enter the gravel driveway, you will see designated parking alongside a shaded shed. Just a short walk away is the entrance to a fully fenced doggie pasture. In warmer months, the (4) chairs and a table will have an umbrella available for some shade. We also will have a shade sail for the pups use as well as a garden hose and drinking bowl (for the dogs only preferred). There are covered dog shelters so your pooch can have some shade. Doo doo bags, a scooper and trash can are nearby for cleaning up. The area is far removed from the street We are easily reached should you have any issues at all and the area has security cameras for safety. We do not have any outside pets that will interfere with your visit. A burn barrel and wood is available for visits in the cooler months. Take a ride through the county and enjoy our clean and pesticide/fertilizer free pasture!

Only dogs with City of Fredericksburg registration, current rabies vaccination tags, and up to date vaccinations are allowed. The park is limited to 20 canines at a time and has strict rules in place, such as no puppies under four months old, no female dogs in heat, and leashing dogs when entering or exiting the park. Conveniently located in the City of Manassas, right near 28, but it feels like you are in a wide open country space. Very few trees, plenty of room to run. We also have a dog-kiddie pool for them to splash around in or rinse off after their dip in the lake. We offer a 25 yard leash you can use when your dog is swimming if you are worried about their recall in the water. Swimming is at the discretion of the owner/booker, and we have no ability to control lake conditions. We even have an agility course for some extra fun! We welcome you to sync your phone to our Bose speaker to listen to your own music or just enjoy the sounds of nature. In the springtime, it’s the perfect weather for your dogs to swim while you enjoy the view. Lots of wildlife to enjoy, you may even help us find newly hatched baby turtles during your stay! This yard has always been a special place for our family. Our dog loved racing through the grass here, full of energy and joy. After saying goodbye, my wife and I wanted to open the space to other dogs so they could enjoy it just as much as he did. Our large, fully fenced yard offers plenty of room to run, sniff, and explore safely. The 7-foot wooden fence keeps everything secure, perfect for off-leash play or reactive pups who need a little extra space. The yard features lush grass with mulch beds beneath mature trees, giving your dog both open sunshine and cool shade to enjoy. There’s a seating area with table and chairs, balls for playtime, and access to a hose and electrical outlet for your convenience. Off-street parking makes arrival easy and stress-free. Set in a quiet suburban neighborhood, just a short drive from Alexandria, Arlington and Washington DC. This is a peaceful spot to unwind, train, be off-leash and let your dog be a dog. We hope your pup feels right at home here. In the fall the yard gets covered in leaves. I do my best to keep them tidy, but they seem to have their own plans. Our dog used to love racing through the piles, and most pups enjoy the extra smells and crunch — hopefully yours does too.
