For other dog owners, one of my dogs absolutely loves other dogs and will go to absurd lengths to meet them. He saw a dog a couple of houses down and swam around the fence to try and go say hello. Thankfully he came back fairly easily. If the water is low, it is fairly easy for a dog to get out at the edge of the water. My other one stayed perfectly fine and I had no concerns that she'd try to leave (and she's the one I worry about usually). The description of the spot makes this clear so I mostly want to echo that warning for some dogs. I'd still bring my dogs back and maybe just keep my one who ran on a 30' long biothane leash instead of letting him totally free next time. Elicia D.
