55Easy to find! Lots of balls for the pups. Poop bags and disposal provided. Only comment is that the neighbors do have a dog who barked at us the entire time so if that’s an issue for your dogs be mindful! 5/5 stars as that’s totally out of the hosts control :) Aurora Y.

55Beth is an awesome host! This is a great spot, we brought our 4 dogs to have a run and they loved it. Lots of room to run and chase balls, lots of places for them to explore and sniff around. We loved it! Babette D.

55SO. If you have a fear of having your dog(s) near/close to a big city like I did when I put the address in. (Cut me some slack, I have three giant dogs) Do not worry. This place is great and it’s fenced properly and on a decently secluded street. It is close to a busy are, but it’s properly taken care of. It has enough for your dogs to explore and wander. Deff would come back and recommend! Nadia S.

55Space was fully fenced in and pretty big! We will be visiting again! The only potential negative is there is a large dog next door, so if your dog is dog reactive this may not be the best spot as you can both see and hear the dog if it is outside. Jaden P.

55Nice and quiet, roomy spot! Felt very safe and in a nice well maintained area! There were also tennis balls and plenty of sticks for the pups! One thing to mention is there were two small sections of the fence that look less secure than others. If your dog is talented escape artist I would be cautious - I had an e-collar on my pup just in case but didn’t have an issue. Danni R.

55My daughter and I brought our dogs and they had a blast. They rarely get free play outside other than the back yard so being off leash to sniff and play in a new area was so much fun for them. My pup is sound asleep after we returned. Tired them out which was the goal!Catherine G.

55Great opportunity to get my two dogs out, one that is reactive and the other that benefits from the ability to be off leash. Great for training and confidence building. The exposure to new things like the chickens and turkeys were an added bonus. Sydney H.

55It was soggy and muddy because of the rain but Auri had the best time splashing and making me realize I forgot to bring a towel.
She loved the back field and running up and down the trail through the woods and also zooming through the field.
Would definitely recommend!Courtney K.

55We had a great visit! Our dog is VERY reactive to people, cars, squirrels, even the occasional leaf blowing in the wind. He had a great time and didn’t bark at all which is so rare for him. Highly recommendAbby I.

55Thank you for the access to this amazing property for my dogs. They enjoyed the time immensely, the term of Sniffspot fit this adventure perfectly. The double gate is perfect for controlled access. The occupied sign is appreciated!!
They returned to the truck exhausted which was more than I could hope for. cheryl b.

55Great space for any, but especially reactive, dogs to stretch their legs and decompress with all the sniffs. Second gate to access the bigger portion and wooded area of the property not marked, so we missed out on exploring that area during our first visit. Great way to safely introduce dogs from different households!Autumn B.

55This was amazing!! My reactive rescue pups loved running all over this fenced in property. There’s an area with agility, a huge pasture, and a forest. Wow. Definitely heed the tick warnings— the dogs had quite a few afterwards. Thanks for providing such an awesome space for us to have an amazing time. Elizabeth D.

55Great play space for dogs. This was the first time in a year & a half that I could let my dog off leash , free to roam and explore.
We saw people in the distance and there were some poultry safely behind a fence..but visible.
We were here in early May, I would suggest boots as there were wet, muddy, swampy parts. My dog loved it but I was thankful for boots. Lots of dry paths & I suspect it's only an issue when it's rainy & early spring.
I would absolutely recommend & if they were closer I would go oftenChristine S.

55this spot was great for my reactive dog and he wasn’t as bothered by the birds as i thought he would be. i will say, if you decide to visit this sniffspot after it has rained, bring boots.Wrenetta G.

55What a lovely place for your pup to run and explore! The property is nicely maintained and the paths are mowed. It rained during our stay but there is a shelter and benches for you sit while your dog is exploring the area. We definitely will be back when hopefully there will be fewer ticks (we picked off over a dozen off of our dog even after dousing him with Wondercide). Thank you, Francisco!Alisa T.

55My young, energetic dog takes at least 5 miles of city walk to get half as tired and happy as he does when he gets to run here. This last time he got to splash through some squishy mud, zoom through the tall grass, roll on his back under a shady tree, chase red-winged blackbrds, hunt for rodents, and yell at a chicken. 10/10 the place to bring your buddies who really need a lot of space to run and enrichment! The ticks are real, though, so be prepared 🔥Lisa S.

55Always a great time here, the recent rain filled the pond and the dogs loved swimming. Beware of ticks, I forgot bug spray and was covered in them at the field and found more when I came home. Dogs seem okay, we use flea and tick treatment so hopefully they're okay and not that we just can't see them (despite checking) due to thick fur.Rebecca K.

FAQ about our Taylor dog parks
Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 96% of reviews on Sniffspot visits in the Taylor area are 5 stars.
How do I know if a dog park works for my dog?
You can filter Sniffspot dog parks by fencing and distractions. If your dog doesn't have good recall, you can visit one of our 407 fully fenced dog parks in the area. If your dog is reactive to other dogs, you can visit one of our 33 off leash areas where there are no dogs audible or visible nearby. You can also filter locations to avoid other domestic animals and people. We also recommend reading reviews and reaching out to the host with any questions.
