Another excellent visit, we spent more time at the pond this time. My high energy dogs were actually (finally) tired by the time we left!!
55What an experience! The hosts greeted us with a gift for me (and left a tennis ball in the woods for the dogs), gave us a quick primer on the property and left us to explore. We did at least 2 loops in and out during the hour and each time we covered the same area we saw something new. This area is large enough to be interesting for the dogs but small enough to not worry about losing them. The pond is excellent, next time I'll bring a floaty toy to try to get the dogs to jump off the dock. We will be back!Michelle C.

Came today to celebrate Lola’s 4th birthday and we had a blast! She is anxious and reactive so this spot was so great for her. My dog and I had the absolute BEST time at this MAGICAL spot. My dog had SO much fun running, sniffing and swimming…he napped for HOURS after we got home which says a lot because he’s crazy!!! Thank you so much to the hosts. Sam did indeed find your hidden tennis ball and loved squeaking it all throughout the trail. Will be back very soon!!

He did so great! His recall was awesome and he stayed right with my daughter (his best friend). The property is amazing and we loved all the trails! Can't wait to go back!

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks.
