Lovely, fully fenced yard secured by a gate (which also has mesh wire). The fence has recently been repaired to address any gaps at the bottom of the fence, but as with any spot, owners must watch their dogs at all times. The height of the fence (4-5 ft depending on slope) is suitable for most small and medium dogs and even large dogs who aren't jumpers. If your dog is a jumper or an escape artist, you may need a place with a higher fence. Owners are responsible for picking up after their dog with provided bucket and scoop. We scoop daily or more and endeavor to keep the spot poop free for your visit, however, understand that we do allow last minute bookings and that it is possible that if you book with very little time before the reservation begins, we may not be able to get out to the yard to check for any feces before you arrive. No other dogs will be present in yard while yard is rented, however, the neighbors do have 2 dogs that are outside occasionally but not often.

Sorry for the inconvenience! Welcome to our 1 acre fully fenced private dog park! Some quick tips, make sure to look for our brick driveway as some GPS systems will navigate to our neighbors house. The gates are cattle style gates, to enter the backyard lift straight up on the back metal lever and push forward. Our fencing is mostly split rail fencing with some privacy fencing as well. There is wire around the entire perimeter to ensure safety. If you have extra small or toy size dogs I would recommend caution, but the fence is secure. We occasionally hear some dogs barking in our neighborhood, and my dogs on occasion but rarely may bark as well. I would also note that there are a few indoor/outdoor cats in our neighborhood that can be seen from time to time. A couple of further notes to be aware of. First off, this is not a small yard that is perfectly kept with 100% grass coverage. It is a very large field with some large trees especially in the back. Because of that, if we get heavy rain it will likely be a bit soggy, and there might be some spots of mud. This is mostly noticeable in the cooler months, but even in the summer if we get enough rain it is possible. If you have any issues with your dogs running and playing in a large field/wooded environment after heavy rainfall please be aware and schedule accordingly! Another note is there is a train that runs along the back of the house beyond the fence up on the hill. The dogs never seem to mind it though, we actually like it! Other than that, it is a very quiet neighborhood. I hope you enjoy!

We have watched puppies grow to old dogs and have watched next generations come here. She has retired her business and now we have the land just for my 5 year old son and my dogs. Which he loves 😂 but we have room to share. You can bring your furry family members over here and enjoy our space too 🤗 Hey my son loves dogs and would love to play ball or with toys and get your dog's energy out if your dog loves kids. He loves kids and if you have kids coming my son would love to show your kids what kind of outside toys he has to share. It's in a separated fence so you can still see the kids but not have any dogs peeing on the toys. Just shoot me a message and say you would love for us to come out and say Hi. We are usually home in case you were to need anything anyway. Also, a few things since I started this a year ago. First I had no idea I would get this many visitors and we are absolutely loving that people have somewhere to take their doggy around here. Recently a tree had fell through. The back fence only took down a small part and we were able to repair. The fence has a little hole from half a piece missing at the top but no dogs can get through and the picture is provided. A nice part of the tree is left which we are hoping to turn into a bench sometime soon. The dogs have been jumping up on it, walking on it and so has my son. If it is something you are not okay with, I understand and you do not have to come here. But I can assure you we do our best to keep our fence safe for our family and yours. Also added a tiny baby pool. In case your doggies want to take a little dip on a hot day. I can leave it empty by the hose and you can feel it and just dump it out before you leave. Lastly, there is a hammock in the back right side of the yard under the only trees we have left out there 🤦‍♀️ so you can get some shade and you can bring the chairs out there.
