About dogs named Guinness

The following are 22 profiles of dogs named Guinness from our database of 78 dogs with the name Guinness.

  • Hello! My name is Guinness and my primary breed is Australian shepherd!! I definitely act like one at times. My pawrents rescued me from a not very nice family in Missouri. My brother Finnegan was already part of the family when I came. Finny and I were immediate best friends! We played for 8 hours straight my first day home!! I am the smartest boy and my pawrents tell me all the time I am part hooman because of how much I understand! I love to play fetch with my giant tennis balls and my “baby” (weeble wobble ball). I get bossy and when I want you to throw it I will bark at you!! I love making friends and meeting new people. I am exited to sniff out all the spots!

    Kayleigh V.

  • Hello hello hello!! I’m Guinness and I was adopted during the pandemic and I came all the way from Texas!! My mind is on the go 24/7, my family likes to joke and say that I have ADHD (which might be true). Another thing about me is that I’m always right, so if you try getting me to do something I don’t want to, just no I a) won’t do it or b) will voice my opinion very loudly. I am a fierce protector of my home especially from the mailman, and I love my family and all our friends so much! (But I DO NOT like seeing other dogs on our walks… and squirrels… and rabbits)

    Sam W.

  • Guinness is a 4 year old beagle rescued from a laboratory. He is sweet and shy.

    Christina D.

  • Sadly Guinness was the last of our fur babies to cross the Rainbow Bridge last summer. Over the years we have been blessed with 5 dogs...3 labs, 1 beagle and 1 rotti. We have always been animal lovers and considered our pups to be family. Life's path has now moved in a different direction, and doesn't allow for having our own pups at the moment, but would love to enjoy the sounds of barking and playing here again.

    Heidi G.

  • Guinness is constantly unimpressed and he is very vocal about it. He demands pets but then gets annoyed when you’re too close to him. He shifts between cuddle bug and watching from the corner quite quickly. He has fomo (most likely from his separation anxiety) but doesn’t actually want to be involved, he just wants to know what everyone’s doing. He’s the sweetest boy who just loves to sniff new smells on the wind and enjoy some fresh air.

    Kassy B.

  • Im a cute boy who loves other animals, running, and swimming! If you have water, im there!

    Lindsey D.

  • Chocolate lab high energy pup! Being trained as a bird dog but loves his 18 month old human brother! Loves to fetch, and run around!

    Natasha N.

  • My name is Guinness and I love to explore! I can be a bit anxious sometimes, but as long as my mom is around I’m a happy boy. I love all other animals, especially cats!

    Lane M.

  • Hi I am Guinness, my mom likes to call me Guinness the Menace but I am not sure why. I just turned 3 years old and like to spend time with mom and friends! One time a mean man tried to hurt me and ever since then I sometimes like to bark at men to get away from mom and I but she’s helping me get through what we’ve been through every day and I’m starting to not even notice men, yay! Treats are clearly the best part of the day but getting to play with other dogs is great too since all dogs are friends in my eyes. Mom keeps a close eye to make sure all visits are happy ones so we have fun all the time!

    MaCraye L.

  • I'm a young pup who has lots of energy! I can bark when I get excited but only for a minute or two. I'm just so stoked to run around! I'm still learning and my mom and dad say a Sniffspot is perfect to practice.

    Allie C.

  • Hi, I’m Guinness :) I’m a 5 year old husky/hound mix who was adopted about 2 years ago. I’m the sweetest dog in the world to the few people I know best, but I get really anxious around strangers and try to act tough so they leave me alone. This has made training and finding places to let out my zoomies pretty tough, so a fenced in yard would be awesome!

    Kyle K.

  • Love parks, beaches, road trips, pools, and peanut butter. Chief destroyer of all toys, bags, paper and cardboard. Rescue pupper from the shelter.

    Bobbie C.

  • Hi friends, my name is Guinness and I’m a 3 year old shepherd mix. My mom rescued me about a month ago from Larimer Humane society. I’m still learning how to be a pet and not a shelter pup so I am a bit nervous of loud noises, men, and new furry friends.

    Ashley B.

  • Guinness loves to run around free and chase leaves, dog friends, and occasionally birds. He loves humans and is very playful! He is a bit shy and scared of large dogs.

    Alison C.

  • Hi hi hi! I’m Guinness, like the beer! I know I look big and scary but I’m actually scared of flies! I’m a big lover boy, I’ve never even growled. If you throw a ball, I’m your best friend.

    Sarah M.
