I can help you book based on your needs. Call me prior to booking if need this assistance. I want to ensure you a savings. It’s a pasture picnic area. Horses and alpacas are fenced in separate from dog field when reserved. It's best you book for non-reactive or aggressive dogs as the horses and hosts can be seen in the corral area. 2 dogs allowed in this booking. Add more dogs in extras. 2 people per dog allowed in booking. Add more people in extras. No need to have a dog to rent out this spot and relax. Visit with the horses and alpacas or to have a private picnic. Message me for details on how to book in this situation so you are not over charged. Without dog booking: Just book 1 dog visit which pays for 3 people. Then pay for each additional person in the extras. First 3 people are included in booking. The only way I will cancel and refund a reservation is for rain, wind or any situation that may impact safety or damage to the area. I will give you as much notice as possible. Fire stove available if needed. FYI: Steel Benders Grille has outside heated sitting and dog friendly & only 3 minutes away. Walk doggies on the trail there or drive. Your choice. Please have dogs on leash until entering the red gate into your area & back to vehicle. If you go visit the farm on the other side of the barn area, please have dogs leashed and view from outside the fence area. The alpacas are scared of dogs. Thank you.

This backyard was great for my lil pup, she mostly sniffed and that tired her out haha. Nice big space, Victoria offered water for my dog, and the alpacas and horses near by are very cute! Make sure you stop at the fence w the Sniffspot logo. You have to open the fence to let yourself drive in, and then close it behind you. The instructions say this, I just forgot about it by the time I went!

The sniffspot is nestled in the north valley, with safe/secluded parking, and a private country feel to the dog area. We had two dogs meeting for the first time: one, an out-of-town guest and their rescue- and two, a dog I'm fostering who's lacked socialization. This sniffspot helped them adjust to each other with a low stress, neutral territory introduction. It was so much better than meeting on a leash! We took them back to our home after, where the dogs became buddies by the end of the night snuggling on the sofa. The host, Victoria, was highly responsive and helpful in our unique situation. A true animal lover.

Visiting this spot was such a delight! The owner was wonderful, and her land is absolutely gorgeous. My dogs had the time of their lives, and we humans enjoyed it just as much! This is a nice large area, well fenced. There are horses and alpacas corralled nearby. My dog, who tends to be worried in new places, felt happy and even played a bit on our recent visit. I expect to make this a regular outing for us. Victoria is a very pleasant person and fun to talk to. I couldn't be happier with my experience here.

Are dog fields safe?

If you are looking for an adventure, but also looking for safety, Sniffspot dog fields are a great option. If inclement weather is an issue or poor field conditions, you can reschedule your visit up to 2 hours in advance.

What are the requirements to bring my dog to a Sniffspot dog field?

We require that all four-legged friends have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. We do not allow dogs with a bite history. We require that guests sign our waiver and agree to follow our safety rules. Make sure to check host rules before visiting to ensure, for instance, that you are following allowable sports activities rules and any special events rules.

Will there be other dogs at the Sniffspot field at the same time as me?

No. Facility rentals are for private play time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the area during visits, so this is perfect for a private adventure for you and your doggie friends, and perhaps a human friend. Hosts understand that many guests have dogs in training and are nervous owners. So when you book a Sniffspot dog field you have the entire private spot to yourself. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between time slots so you will not run into other guest dogs or a previous person when coming or leaving in the field parking area. Some hosts may have multiple fields, but there is always a buffer between fields.
