Pull gate open and park by red barn. Enter silver gate on west end into the field. Always close gates behind you. This spot can be rented with or without dogs. I can help you book based on your needs. Call me prior to booking if need this assistance. I want to ensure you a savings. It’s a pasture picnic area. Horses and alpacas are fenced in separate from dog field when reserved. It's best you book for non-reactive or aggressive dogs as the horses and hosts can be seen in the corral area. 2 dogs allowed in this booking. Add more dogs in extras. 2 people per dog allowed in booking. Add more people in extras. No need to have a dog to rent out this spot and relax. Visit with the horses and alpacas or to have a private picnic. Message me for details on how to book in this situation so you are not over charged. Without dog booking: Just book 1 dog visit which pays for 3 people. Then pay for each additional person in the extras. First 3 people are included in booking. The only way I will cancel and refund a reservation is for rain, wind or any situation that may impact safety or damage to the area. I will give you as much notice as possible. I recommend not leaving any dog in the vehicle during the visit as it may bother me due to the heat and air flow. Chairs and table available. Shade area with walled Banco 20x20 L shaped. Kid Pool is seasonal. Fall landscape and yellowish grass. Dirt digging area. If you want to book after sun goes down, please message me so I can open the calendar and confirm. Fire stove available if needed. FYI: Steel Benders Grille has outside heated sitting and dog friendly & only 3 minutes away. Walk doggies on the trail there or drive. Your choice. Please have dogs on leash until entering the red gate into your area & back to vehicle. If you go visit the farm on the other side of the barn area, please have dogs leashed and view from outside the fence area. The alpacas are scared of dogs. Thank you.

Yard is connected to the driveway area which is fenced in with 6 foot tall wood planks. There is a ditch bank with a walking trail behind that wood fence. Yes it is accessible. The Sniffspot yard is separated from the driveway area by a dog wire mesh fence and 6 foot cinder block. The privacy fence is hard to see in the pics as it looks invisible because it’s black. It’s ok to use both areas or just stay in the yard by closing the yard gate behind you. Ensure you close the driveway gate behind you after you enter. The only way I will cancel and refund a reservation is for rain, wind or any situation that may impact safety or damage to the area. If need help in booking, contact me.

Smokeys quiet hang out spot in the South Valley

Half of the yard is sand and the other half is small gravel bits. If you're dogs dig, it's no big deal. Let dogs plays, big or small, while humans can relax on the bench in front of the front door. I can also supply a foldable chair. There is a bowl with fresh drinking water. Hand sanitizer will be provided. There are several dog toys in the yard with a big tough red ball for any hard-core chewers. Pooper scooper is hanging in the yard with trash bin located on the north side of the driveway. I will update once I get more items to add to you and your dogs comfort. Enjoy your time in a quiet neighborhood.
