I am delighted to have you and your dog(s) enjoy this fully fenced in 3/4 acre yard! There are long open areas where doggo can run full speed chasing a ball. There is a concrete wall on one side of the property, woods covering the back and most of the side, and a tall fence on the front side, which creates a very private space. Also included is poop bags, water, and a poop scooper. No pesticides are used on this property. There is also plenty of room for parking multiple vehicles in the driveways. FYI- Chain-link fence is not tied down to the ground between posts, so a smaller dog may be able to push through underneath the fence. If you do not clean up after your dog, you will be blocked, so please pay attention to your dog! I hope you enjoy your stay at the property!

Seating and doggie pool available (request pool is emptied before leaving and not filled more than half or you can’t tip over to empty). No dogs in surrounding yards. Great for big and small dogs! Lots of trees and shrubbery to give you a private oasis. Please close the gate when leaving. Note: I bought my house with a large after one of my dogs was attacked at a dog park causing 2 surgeries and very expensive vet bills. Enjoy my yard with piece of mind.

Enjoy a beautiful walk on a network of trails that traverse rolling hills in and out of the forest. At the back of the property, you will enjoy some of the best and most private scenery in Oakland County. As summer turns to fall there are a lot fewer bugs and beautiful color changes. Some trees are changing already. Please stay on the cleared paths on the West side and South portion of the property due to work being done on other sections. There are wooden arrow signs that help you navigate to the back of the property and back to the parking area. Thank you. Access for with trucks, trailers, equipment, sheep, dogs, etc. 14’ gate and a 4’ gate walk-in. The entire 10+ acres (we used to have horses, cows and sheep) is fenced (4’ farm fence). For now, feel free to wonder the entire fenced 10 acres. For Your First Visit: It is a good idea to walk your dog on a leash around the perimeter until you are comfortable. Although it is fenced, it is not possible to know every dog’s individual behavior. The tornado siren goes off every first Saturday of the month at 1:00. No joy. I am often available if needed for questions or help. We welcome suggestions! Enjoy! Winter: This Sniffspot will be open all winter. ***The snow isn’t always plowed immediately. We do our best. You may have to walk from the road (if the city also has plowed). Use your discretion. Be safe! ***There is a heated bucket for winter.
