MuckMeister Farm's SniffSpot is a converted horse pasture. No horses occupy this spot, and there is a small field separating the fence lines. Our fencing is black PVC "no climb" with four white coated wires for extra security and visibility.

**Due to the winter season, all furniture, kiddie pool, hose, fountains/pond, sprinkler, dog hangout area, and decorative lighting have been put away. The gazebo is used to store many of these items, so it is off limits till spring. Fresh water will only be provided in the bowls on the deck. Camp Fire, S’mores, Tread Scavenger Hunt, Bubbles & Biscuits, and Rip & Tear Extras will not be available until spring. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation while our Sniffspot is winterized. We’ve lowered our price for the season. We look forward to providing all of our typical amenities come warmer weather again! Our quiet, fully fenced (6’ privacy fence) 1 acre yard offers a variety of dog & human friendly spaces. There’s a secure entrance to the yard from a large circle driveway. There is a deck with table, seating, and umbrellas, a small pond, a screened in gazebo with a fan and seating, a hammock area, a shaded doggy hangout, and a fire pit with seating. We have a variety of surfaces: concrete sidewalk, mulch landscaping beds, dirt holes for digging, wood deck with rugs, gravel beds, and plenty of grass! The yard is lined with large trees for shade. There’s plenty of dog toys and various water bowl zones.

My mother had a doggie daycare business on this property for almost 15 years. We have watched puppies grow to old dogs and have watched next generations come here. She has retired her business and now we have the land just for my 4 year old son and my dogs. Which he loves 😂 but we have room to share. I know how difficult it was when I lived in my apartment to get my dogs out and running to exhaust some of their pent up energy. I loved when I saw this app and knew I could offer that space, away from other dogs like at the dog park for anyone to let their dogs run and have fun without the stress of being in a busy social environment. Welcome to our fenced yard where you can let your dogs run off leash and get some of their crazy energy out! *We do have a small chicken coop where you can see my flock. They are not able to get out and are secured during every visit.

This SniffSpot is 0.5 acres fully fenced with two gate access points to the back yard. Once in the backyard pup pad, your dog/s can play and romp until their heart’s content! We have 3 dogs that enjoy this space worry free and wanted to share this space with others who don’t have a secured yard. Enjoy the small sofa or table and chairs. There is an umbrella for shade and if you want to enjoy the yard for extended time we can put up the tent in the yard for additional shade.

Fully fenced in yard, plenty of grass to run around and play. Plenty of shaded areas too with seats for the owners.

The field has a solid post and rail fence with welded wire on the southern section and the northern and western sections have a solid stone wall (not technically a fence) with brush and bushes about 10-15 feet thick on western part and 2-3 feet on northern section. The eastern boundary is a boulder field of large boulders and trees/brush to secure the perimeter.
