There are park benches available for you to sit back and relax and a dedicated area for your dogs to swim and cool off on a hot summers day. Notes for guests to be aware of: With all the rain recently make sure to wear appropriate shoes as some parts can be a bit muddy. The bank next to the creek has several steep slopes that drop down to the water, so please exercise caution if you have children with you.

Mostly dog proof fenced except for possible gaps around the turned over tree trunk in the left rear paddock. Please take care, I cannot guarantee an impenetrable fence! Gaps pop up constantly being a farm. There’s a lovely creek running through the property so great for dogs that love splashing in water. Available from 1pm weekdays and all day on weekends. Has been designed of more of a safe training place for dogs who may be reactive. Ample space to run and play but also alot of obstacles etc for building confidence etc. Deer fenced apart from gate area which is around 1.5m high. If you have an escape artist you will need to keep an eye on them. You can drive right in and shut the gates behind you. Please note this space is also used by others so if you have a last minute booking with less than 2 hours notice we may be using it ourselves on arrival. Depending on whats happening at the time you may have to wait. All bookings with more than 2 hours notice are no problem at all and the space will be empty for you to use. Please do not go to the property with the houses on as you will set the dogs off. The parking instructions are very clear with a satellite image of where the yard is. It is the paddock on the opposite side to where the houses are. There is only parking for a maximum of 2 cars. In summer can get more in but in winter limited to 2 cars. You will need to carpool if booking as a group.

I use this space as a doggy daycare a few times a week but would love for others to get to enjoy it too and let their dogs run free to their hearts content! Parking is fully fenced, drive in and shut the gate behind you. Walk down the run to the fully fenced paddock for play time. Dog toys on us!!

Suitable for dog training and off leash. Has farm fencing around the property so ideal for large dogs. First section is now fully fenced for small dogs. A large property to throw a ball/stick and for the dogs to run! Enjoy the planes flying over from the local airport. In summer paddling pools will be available for the dog/s to splash in. Can park in front of the farm gate or enter through the farm gate and park on the grass. Farm gate opens into the property. Please close the farm gate behind you and pick up any dog poo. There is a small green rubbish bin to dispose of your dog poo next to the house. Hose and water tap to wash down your dogs is next to the small green rubbish bin by the house. Please make sure the water tap is turned off once finished. Please do not go through any other closed farm gates on property due to livestock. Thank you. NOTE - During winter paddocks can get muddy. Be prepared for muddy wet dogs. Also recommend owners wear gum boots!

Set in a rural holding in the Franklin area, this is an ideal place to work or exercise with your dog. There is undercover area for the sunny days with a dog bowl (I normally keep a bottle of water for the dogs next to it too). There is 5+ acres (whole property is 15 acres but some areas are very overgrown). Unfortunately no fencing so any dogs with questionable recall MUST be on longlines.

We have a small lifestyle block that has a pool you can use during summer but you must get in to be your dog's lifeguard I will be yours and help you.
