We are open to visitors using our 12 acres of open field space, 3 acre pond, almost a half mile of stream, and 3 acres of woods. Trails move you around the pond and up into the woods. There is a lot to do here and a plethora of activities for dogs and humans ranging from open field play and running, hiking, and water activities. Please follow the signs and do not disturb the owners at house. Beach area of pond has seating areas, hammock, and fire pit. There is also a seating area and rope swing. Visitors are not permitted to fish in pond. The Ridge Trail is a bit more difficult for older dogs and humans and/or people not in the best shape to hike. Proceed with caution. CERTAINLY, please take the map provided at the entry table.

We have a lovely park for your furry pals to PAWrk their Paws, Wag with the windmill and generally run amok. We have our own doggos and they love our space. Our girlies (2 female Labrador Retrievers) have an electric fence to keep them closer to the house, and if you desire we can extend a collar ($2 each) to you to use while you are on site as we do have our flags up. But only if you feel the need and are confident your furbaby will recognize the flags as the (much smaller) boundary. Our property backs up to our neighbors who almost all have dogs. The fencing is complete where it meets our dog neighbors, but the rest of the area is currently un-fenced, or the fence is not a solid barrier. As we build and grow we will be adding amenities such as a fully fenced play space, gravel parking directly adjacent to the spot, and much more. Perhaps some PAWrkour? A fire pit? We'd love to hear what would interest you the most!

We are in beautiful WV. Our backyard is an oasis in the making we have 16 acres for you and your furry family member(s) to enjoy. Our home is down a quiet road that ends on a cul de sac, you may park in the driveway or the street. There are 2 available gates on either side of the house. Beyond the gates, you will find a basic family yard. Grass is trimmed. There's a play-set, a welcoming patio, and a few chairs around a fire pit. It's a great space to throw a ball or sit and let your dog explore. We do have neighbor dogs that may say hi at the fence. Message me if you need wifi or have any questions! We are a training facility that specializes in patrol, protection and odor detection dogs. We also offer basic obedience and behavior modification.
