First off leash experience with our 5 month old rescue!! She did amazing and the space was so beautiful!! We were pleasantly surprised that there are a few agility obstacles as well as chairs to sit in. Unfortunately, people have let their muddy dogs all over the chairs so they are pretty dirty.
We would have been okay with another dog or 2 with their people.

55This is a great park. Shrubs and a nice hill to sniff around. The stream has steep, slippery banks so you need to use the little bridges that are in place. I appreciate this park very much. Wendy N.

We didn't want to walk back up the hill to find the hose to clean the dogs. As before, I ended up taking dogs to the river to clean off and I deal with a horrible smell in my vehicle. I so wish this wasn't my complaint every time. Great spot but that creek is horrible.Lm C.

Loved that there were garbage cans and poop bags even though we did have our own. Chairs to sit and relax while the dogs had their fun.

Little Creek is an amazing place to take your pet. The owners go out of their way to make sure the grounds are well groomed and accessible for everyone. They also provide dog bags and garbage bins. There are places to sit so you can take in the breath taking views while your pets roam free. There is a definite pride in ownership and we truly value having the opportunity to take our pup there!!

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers).
